I stayed here because I wanted to have a comfortable room to return to when I retreated to the city, but man you really could be anyplace in the world. There is nothing here that makes you feel like you're in Egypt. When we arrived at dinner-time, we couldn't get into the restaurant (it was full), so we went to the pool-side. Even though you're literally on the Nile, there is no view. They food they offered was Indian. No hummus or anything Egyptian. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the Nile was nice.
AVERAGE AT BEST I am staying right now in room 2005. Few points 1-Location and the building are very nice. 2-Service in the other hand is mediocre at best, "it is not a four seasons service", let me start from the moment we arrived, I was helped by a gentleman by the name of "Reda" who was pleasant but not caring,I reserved a triple nile view premier nile view room" with balcony ",he claimed those type of room have no balcony (later on I found out some do have balcony)and of course he wanted me to upgrade to a suite with balcony for additional cost which I refused. 3- we go later on to the pool restaurant for lunch, while we were there a gentleman with a suit management?? With the name "Amr Magdy" approached us and ask we had any problem,I mentioned to him my problem with the balcony issue, he said he will get back to us in a few minutes which he did, stating someone from reception will for sure contact us to resolve the problem, of course "nobody"till now did. 3- we come back from dinner around 9.30 pm, bed was not prepared ,I had to call and wait 30 minutes for them to send someone to get my son bed ready. Our bed was not turned. And this night 1 of 4 nights. Not impressed with this hotel so far. I will keep you posted.
The Four Seasons in Cairo is a stunning hotel in an amazing city. With the Nile River at your feet and the outline of the pyramids of Giza in the distance, it's a breathtaking view. The food was delicious (we particularily enjoyed their Asian restaurant) and the breakfast buffet was extensive and featured enough local dishes to satisfy my curious palette. The rooms were nicely decorated and the beds extremely comfortable. The staff was charming, helpful and genuine. Security was efficient and as unobtrusive as possible.
i have always been a fan of four seasons, in cairo its located near the city and in the middle of everything, the hotel is super clean and provides u great hospitality. The staff are very helpful and will guide u throughout your stay.& the hotel provides u almost every facilities that you need.. the restaurants the bar the spa everything is perfect, once you enter the hotel you will have a very good calm relaxed feeling, it gives good vibes..!! You wont regret it ,thats where you should stay!
Excellent room and service. Got a corporate rate and enjoyed the spacious room and gym facilities. Walking distance to Tahrir square and nice Arabic food restaurant. Quick check in and quick check out. had ordered a taxi to pick me up for early morning flight. Guy did not show and had to order an Uber. Guy got lost and the front door guy graciously used his personal cell to get him there. Definitely would stay there again.
My husband and I stayed at the Four Seasons in Cairo, it is a very beautiful hotel, we got a room overlooking the Nile, just across we can see the Sheraton. The breakfast is spectacular, there is everything, you can eat and eat and more will be left overs. The staff are very friendly, our room was very spacious with a soft comfy bed. We arrived on the 24 of December And so the reception lounge area was decorated to a a manifique. There indoor pool is heated and beautiful. It is where Iearn how to swim. Because I know I couldn't drawn as long as I can stand up. Check it out. It
My wife and I stayed at the Four Seasons for two days prior to our Nile River cruise and two days afterward . It is a very fine hotel with a beautiful lobby and helpful staff. It is an island of tranquility in the frenetic city of Cairo. The room was clean and comfortable. One night we had room service dinner on our balcony overlooking the Nile. It was wonderful and not particularly expensive. A great place to stay.
Four Seasons Hotel, 1089 Corniche El Nil, PO Box 63 Maglis El Shaab, Garden City 11519, Cairo, Egypt I have stayed at the Four Seasons five times in recent years, most recently two days ago. It has position, separated from the Nile only by the Corniche road in the centre of Cairo. The Egyptian Museum is easy walking distance near Tahrir Square, and the nearest metro station at Saad Zaghloul is even closer. The hotel is an imposing, stylish modern building on 30 above-ground floors with a variety of rooms of different sizes, many with balconies. One aspect of the hotel faces the river and the other has a city view. There are advantages of both. The river-view rooms, especially on the higher floors, have a magnificent outlook but can be noisy because of the traffic immediately outside. The city side is more interesting because it is always changing, and paradoxically is quieter as the buildings and trees around the narrow streets of the Garden City area absorb much of the noise. The facilities are what you would expect of the best hotel in a capital city. There is a good choice of restaurants with excellent food and drink. The staff are chosen and trained to the highest standard. Sabry and Elshahat from Housekeeping daily returned my room to its just-arrived-in-the-hotel state seemingly in 5 minutes and were always cheerful. I was also visited by Ragab Nabawi, Assistant Manager of Housekeeping, which was a pleasant first for me. My booking was late as I was needed in Cairo with little notice but this was handled impressively by Joseph Dimitry in Customer Relations. Dalia, the Concierge, was wonderful as ever. Altogether a very enjoyable stay.
Myself & my husband got married at the Four Seasons Nile plaza Cairo last year August 2017. We have been born & raised in London, my husband is originally Egyptian & I am Portuguese we decided to get married here because London was expensive & the venues weren’t very nice & the nice ones were crazy expensive. After visiting Egypt the year before our wedding we went to see as many of the hotel wedding venues as we could & but realised that the Four Season Nile Plaza was the place for us. They were always professional and nothing was ever a problem; they wanted to do everything to make it the wedding of our dreams. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. They make it a wonderful experience and they make sure it’s all about what you want and your vision. The level of service was given from the first day we visited until we left the hotel a few days after our wedding. We were so appreciative of all their efforts & how lovely & kind all the staff were. They made our wedding very special & our guests still speak of our wedding & how it was the best wedding they have ever attended. Thank you for your amazing service and for giving us the wedding of our dreams.
