Four Seasons Hotel Cairo Nile Plaza

Four Seasons manages to always have this 'old world' quality feel to its properties and this one is no exception ! That is quite a feat, since keeping all things going smoothly in a place like Cairo is not easy, so power to the management. Rooms are huge, service is impeccable everywhere. Lunch in the Italian place overlooking the Nile was fabulous and very reasonable at $40 for two. I literally have nothing to say to improve the experience, thank you Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza !

Outstanding service from the front door to the attendants! All Four Seasons are good, but this adds a unique value to a city whose hotels are suffering from lack of tourism. Other than so many guests smoking cigarettes in the lobby bar, it's all a 5. Pool area blocks street noise, water is lovely and smiling people regularly watching to see if you want a beverage, another towel or help moving your chair. Food in every venue was fabulous and we ate at pool, twice in 8 and twice in Bella. Don't mess around in Cairo looking for a bargain - you get what you pay for here.

Wonderful location, service, in the heart of Cairo, with amazing Nile view, that you will have the real Cairo experience, I love Zitony restaurant, the breakfast couldn’t be better , with Egyptian authentic flavors

Stayed here for two nights for a wedding in the summer. Had an epically wonderful 24th floor room overlooking the Nile and so much space I didn't know what to do with. After a traumatic flight, a comfy bed and a hotel with great service was just what I needed to make me forget that I had lost my luggage. The breakfast was probably the best I've ever had. Will be returning!

The Four Seasons at Nile Plaza modern and elegant -- from the reception area to the guest rooms to the restaurants. The Restaurants deliver on quality & service. The guest room is spacious and well appointed. Our only complaint is the poor selection of wines by the glass -- the emphasis is on Egyptian wines which are not good quality.

First of all you have to understand that Cairo aint Kansas. There are multiple security checks before you inter the hotel and then you have to make your way through a gigantic lobby to an elevator. This is not my experience at other Four Seasons I stayed at. However, the rooms are spacious and simply great. The dining choices, I think there were 3/4 restaurants are great...yes the food was Four Seasons good and the staff was as expected excellent. The only issues I had was the room cleanup times. I left at 8:00 am and returned at 6;00 pm and the room was just being made up. Definitely, not my experiences at other Four Seasons...and may be I just hit a bad personell day. The bar wait staff was a little snooty when I came in in Jeans and a button down shirt...guess they were expecting a tux or something. Other than those two glitches which hopefully are not their standard I wouldn't hesitate to stay there.

Spent one night in a Nile view room, it was an unforgettable one!! View is superb the room is lovely and spacious with wide terrace, has an espresso machine) stunning bathroom with L'occitane products (that was my favorite part 😍). Great service from all of the staff, Breakfast at the "Zaytouni" restaurant was far beyond my expectations, big variety with great quality not to mention the Nile view while having breakfasts it was amazing. Last but not least I was surprised with a cute complimentary cake for my Birthday in my room. Thank you four seasons for making this occasion special❤️

My favorite Cairo hotel. Great location, excellent service, lot's of amenities. On top it has some of the best Cairo restaurants and a real gym with almost everything you need. Fantastic breakfast and good sleep quality. Always a delight to return. (Something to improve: There is dust in the electrical sockets, not a real cleanliness impression).

This is a first rate hotel in Cairo. Modern, clean and great air conditioning. Best meals were at breakfast. Italian restaurant is good. Hotel shop is quite expensive, but the quality is also very good. We enjoyed staying there very much.

Great hotel in every aspect. The pool, particularly the indoor pool, the gym and the spa area are top of the line. Staff was totally responsive to every request and acted at all times with enthusiasm and professionalism. The view of the bike from our room was panoramic, wonderful sitting on balcony at and after sunset. Buffet breakfast was a great way to start the day!
