Disappointing

The service description on the website is not matching the reality, I needed internet for my work but I was surprised that there was no internet at all in the rooms. Hot water takes more than 10 minutes to reach after opening the tab, towels are old, room phon is very old and not working, etc. The only thing was good is the breakfast.

1. The hotel is not near Ramses Train Station as shown on the map on hotels.com (Google the address listed for correct location) 2. The bathroom ceiling was covered in mould - there had been no attempt to clean it. I’m used to backpacking and budget hotels but this is the worst I’ve ever stayed in. 3. Images of foyer are incorrect (the hotel is being refurbished so the images shown are now a construction site) 4. Completely overpriced for what it is compared to other hotels in Cairo. The sole reason for booking this hotel was that it was located near the main train station.
