Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
My experience at this hotel was terrible. The bed sheets were dirty and smelled awful. There were roaches in the hotel. The staff ignored all my messages. I booked 6 days but checked out after 2 because I couldn’t sleep properly in those conditions. When I left, the staff didn’t care and didn’t even apologize. This was completely unacceptable.
