The apartment was clean, convenient, well equipped, and everything was in working order. Isabel and the host team communicated regularly and clearly and were responsive to questions even during a holiday week. Water views even from the ground floor, easy access to the waterfront Esplanade path ( note this ‘beach’ is not swimmable) and a 5-10 minute drive or 20-30 minute walk to the downtown and piers of Cairns. 10 minutes from the airport. Not a complaint but this is one of the only independently owned or managed units in a 9 floor building of Holiday Apartments and the front desk staff/operators of the rest of the complex made it clear they wanted nothing to do with us. This didn’t affect our stay and we still accessed the pool and other functions with no issue. All in a great and pleasant stay.
