What a great location to holiday in. Loved waking up and sitting on the deck to watch the sunrise, listen to the waves and watch all the boats in the distance. We were all comfortable during our stay which happened to occur during a heat wave!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying in this lovely home. We were enamored by the gorgeous morning and sunset views on the terrace and enjoyed the lovely breeze coming off the ocean. We loved the location and scenic views from this home and the proximity to the grocery store and nearby public park and trails. There was plenty of beds and open space for our large family to enjoy for our family vacation while visiting Cairns and the surrounding area. All the appliances and amenities were in great working condition for our use. The only trouble we encountered was the construction on Arlington Esplanade which closed off access to the driveway and prevented us from parking our vehicle on one day during our stay. We wish we could have been warned in advance of this small issue, however we were able to park off the street without any problem. We would recommend others to look into staying at this lovely home!

Excellent location, views, and family rooms - a little rundown

PRO: We loved staying here with family and kids - the deck and the pool are as amazing as the pictures, and it's a great location - close to Cairns / Palm Cove / other sightseeing or shopping spots. There were 12 of us and we found there was plenty of living areas and space (except the downstairs front bedroom is tiny and has almost zero cupboard space). Would definitely stay here again! CONs: - The house is a little run down, with bits and pieces missing or not working, and some of the sofas are well past their use by date - comfy but stained. - The kitchen is reasonably well equipped, but only has one large saucepan which I found insufficient for cooking for 2 families, and some of the equipment is old or broken. - I would have appreciated a house layout diagram, as I didn't realise how tiny the front downstairs room was, that there are no ensuites - only shared bathrooms, and the fact the entire upstairs (family bedroom w/ queen + 5 singles) is open plan with no doors or privacy. Be aware that any noise echoes up and down the central stairway, and you can hear every footstep from the floors above. There are no quiet rooms. Summary: The rundown bits and the noise were disappointing and did bring it down a little to 4 stars. With a little love, it could definitely be 5 stars again. Overall it was still a great place and we would definitely stay again.

Best location, and the very best house ever

We all had a fabulous time so close to everything to Cairns and Port Douglas and surrounds. Couldn't have picked a better place it had everything. We even organised groceries to be delivered on our arrival. Just Perfect, lived on the deck and cooked mainly on the barbecue. Highly recommend!

Absolutely Perfect it’s a 10

This place was amazing. Our first day a school of dolphins go pass - wow what a location . We could not believe it. The house has everything you need for amazing holiday in the Cairns region. Loved the pool. Management was very helpful. Thank you for helping us make amazing memories
