We arrived late in the evening, but the staff were still helpful and we got settled into our cottage. The beds were a bit hard, but nothing I would complain about. The one thing that annoyed me though, was the long breaks the staff in the reception/information had. From 11-13? Really stupid we had to wait so long. Good facilities, and all though. Would definetly come back 👍

Our holiday at Arbatax Park Resort met our expectations and delivered even more. Friendly staff, spacious rooms, beautiful and relaxing surroundings. It was definitely one of our best family vacations!

We (my wife and I) went to Arbatax for a week from the 10th - 17th June, half board. Firstly this was not normally the type of holiday we would go on but the scenery etc was quite special on the photos and reviews and didn't disappoint when we got there! This is a wonderful place especially for families! For couples not so much as there is little to do! If you want a nice relaxing holiday and just lie in the sun then go for it! I cannot thank the staff enough at this resort. Everyone - from the porters and cleaners to the reception staff and restaurant staff were absolutely fantastic! The food at the Sagana Restaurant was excellent with plenty of choice each night and you also get a free carafe of wine to drink with your meal! Gino, Miki and Michael run a good operation and were very helpful! Its 5 Euros fro a pint of beer which is a bit steep in my opinion but heh we were on holiday! The cottage we stayed in was clean, tidy and the cleaners were in every day. Fantastic! We were close to everything, the beautiful beaches, the dedicated pool, the central bar and the Sagana restaurant. Travel up and down the site is by walking or by using the Boboi! (Looks like a converted crane or something!) The kids love it! When we arrived and got our key we got a free aqua therapy voucher for the Bellavista Spa - please use it its worth £25 Euros and is worth every cent! The site uses a card which you preload with what ever amount you want, when you want - there are no cash transactions on site! All in all it was a lovely wee holiday! Special thanks go to Emmanuele, Paulo and Sara on the cottage reception they couldn't do enough for us! Grazie Mille! Yep they helped me learn a wee bit Italian too!

Just returned from a really great week at this resort. We stayed in a wonderful cottage , very spacious with TV, fridge, wi fi, settee, large private terrace, efficient air con, close to pool, sea and restaurants. The cleaning of the room was exceptional - so beautifully cleaned, mopped and polished every day with clean towels and replenished toiletries. The staff in the entire resort are very friendly and extremely helpful. The restaurants and poolside bars give fantastic service - very efficient, excellent & varied food every day. Great internal transport provided free of charge around the hilly but beautiful resort. Very scenic. Kayaks, standing boards etc are free to take out, as are trips to the enclosed on site nature reserve. Snorkelling here is superb as the sea is extremely clear - best sea conditions you can get. There are easy ladders positioned to help you get down into the sea to avoid the rocks. We took a kettle, bought milk at the shop and also took thin yoga mats to put on the well made but slightly hard sunloungers. June was a great month to visit as great weather and not uncomfortably hot. I just cannot understand why people have left negative reviews - get a life ! If you want better you need to be paying for a penthouse suite somewhere else ! Well done to all of the staff at Arbatax and particularly to the friendly manager and his staff at the Segana restaurant.

We stayed at Arbatax Cottage and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious even with 2 travel cots and the sea view was just beautiful. The restaurant was fantastic; both the food and service we received. There was always a wide selection of fresh food for both breakfast and dinner, with water and wine included and the staff were wonderful with our 2 young children. The resort itself had a wide selection of activities from Italian lessons to aqua aerobics and we would definitely recommend the guided tour through the Park, where children can pet goats and donkeys.

Great Sardenian wine & great food by Gino + team and kind resto hospitality by Michele + team! Enjoying the sunshine and the beach. You do need footware to enjoy the sea because of the rocks. Grtz Inge & Jan

We were really looking forward to getting some sun and this location looked perfect. However, on arrival we found out that it was not fully operational having only opened the day before we arrived. We were on half board basis and were limited to eat in only one restaurant the entire week which was disappointing. The other ones were not open for another week. The Spa was not open either. We were totally unaware that this resort operates a Chip card thus handling no cash, credit/debit cards - very frustrating. What was more annoying was that the only ATM machine was either broken or not available to draw cash to load onto the Chip card. The alternative was a €25 taxi to the nearest ATM or a ridiculously long walk - unacceptable. Fortunately we did have sufficient cash to see us through. On the plus side the location was very pretty and the staff were all friendly and helpful. I think they were embarrassed saying that certain facilities were not yet available to us. We were glad we only went for one week as we were very limited.

Fabulous place to visit it is so beautiful, the staff are amazing can't do enough for you. We came first week of the season so lots of facilities not open which was a little disappointing. The staff and in particular at Tellis restaurant were very good and Maitre Michi and his staff were exceptional .Information was not always wonderful.would advise anyone visiting to visit the Natural Park with guide Stefano. All in all a great place to visit

We booked this place after looking at the pics online thinking even if it's not as good it's still reality the pics don't do justice to the property...absolutely stunning little (nothing little about it though) place. The rooms were well maintained, maybe a little dated but still very well maintained. The best part about the place is the staff...they were just fantastic and so unbelievably genuinely good and helpful. The service that we received from the staff was unbelievably good. Would have given them 5 stars just for that. After staying in for a night we wanted to upgrade to a property which had the sea views and to my surprise the guys didn't even flinch at helping us (which is mostly the case in other places) and they upgraded me for free saying it's available so no charge...the ONLY negative j have about the place was the food...we unknowingly had booked in for the last weekend that the resort was open for the season (checking out on 10th October) so at any point only 1 restaurant was open. The food was at best Average - there was better available outside the restaurant. The pizzeria was closed which was also a disappointment but understandable. Having said that I would still go there and stay in....once all the restaurants are open I can see that one wouldn't feel the need to venture out of the resort. Brilliant place...well recommended.!!

September 2016. Flew from Heathrow to Cagliari, so had a 2 hour transfer by coach through the mountains. Once at the resort, staff made us very welcome and quickly got us to the cottage, which was clean and well maintained. Site overall very clean and tidy. Located on hill side, so there is some steep walking. Beach area's small, but water is crystal clear. You can feed small shoals of fish with biscuits. Lovely pool area's, food great with lots of choice. Thinking of returning in 2017.
