The holiday apartment was in a very poor and, in our view, unacceptable condition. The furnishings were old, worn, and pieced together from mismatched furniture and kitchen units, creating no pleasant or cosy atmosphere.The hygiene and maintenance issues were especially serious. There was mould in both the kitchen and the shower. The bathroom was extremely outdated and heavily worn. The shower was only about 1.70 metres high, making it difficult to use for taller guests, and the shower screen was broken.The beds and mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, making restful sleep almost impossible. The television was outdated and did not even provide HD reception.The parking space was advertised for two cars, but in reality only one car could just fit. During our stay, there was a power outage inside the apartment, as well as a wider outage in the surrounding area. Although the latter was presumably outside the host’s control, it added to the negative experience.The constant watering of the garden also resulted in an unusually large number of mosquitoes, making the outdoor area unpleasant to use.Overall, the apartment was not worth the price. Its condition, facilities, and numerous shortcomings resulted in very poor value for money. We would not book it again and cannot recommend it.
