Great place to stay. Was a little put off that they wanted to charge me on the way out the door for a recycled laundry bag. Considering the rate they charge relative to competitors, AND I had stayed with them for a week, it seemed a bit petty to hold me up from leaving and make an ordeal about a lousy laundry bag. (I left them $32000 col pesos for it) but was NOT a great way to wrap up the trip. While I LOVED the hotel, it totally changes my mind about whether I would stay again. I found it a little petty.

The cozy atmosphere and positive energy are palpable from the moment you step inside. The staff, particularly Federico, Tamara, Nairobi, and the rest of the team, truly go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. As a solo traveler, I immediately felt at ease in their care. While I had planned to explore the local food scene, I found myself returning to La Colina for every meal. The culinary offerings were consistently outstanding, and the service was impeccable. Any other restaurant would have been a disappointment in comparison. I cannot recommend La Colina highly enough. The dedication and passion of the ownership and operations team are evident in every detail. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.
