The Apartment Argüelles is located in the north of the popular coastal town Cádiz and enchants guests with its location in the historical old town directly on the sea. It is situated in a beautiful town house built in 1789, which was restored in 2008 and impresses visitors with its historic charm in combination with its ultra-modern furnishings. The light-flooded holiday apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large living-dining room with a natural stone arch, which leads to a fully-equipped kitchen. The property can therefore accommodate 4 people. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, fans and a television. From the 5 French balconies (one in the master bedroom, 3 in the living room, 1 in the smaller bedroom) you can enjoy a fantastic view of the bay which is only a few meters from the house. This apartment is in a wonderful location looking out over the sea, with lots of windows it is filled with light. The decor is stylish and interesting and comfortable. Walkable to everything with good restaurants and shops nearby. I would definitely recommend a stay.

Good apartment in a great location, felt very homely.

We stayed here for 4 days and this was the perfect location for exploring Cadiz old town. The sightseeing bus stopped right outside and we used this to visit the beaches long the coast.

Cadiz for a few nights

This is a clean, comfortable, well appointed apartment. However, you must keep the windows closed at night because the traffic is non stop and very loud. For example trash is picked up at 2 am. If you are visiting in cooler months where you don't need the air flow the location is ideal. Ignore the restaurant suggestions provided by the host.

What a delightful experience! The apartment is so attractively decorated and comfortably furnished -- and the view of the sea is wonderful. The location is within easy walking distance of major historical sites. Nuria was a wonderful host, always providing clear and timely communication. We are eager to stay here again.

Simply Amazing!

Everything about the apartment was amazing. The location the decor the furnishings and the kitchen utensils. Our Host Nuria was so helpful. She met us at the apartment and showed us round. She was easy to contact and always friendly and helpful and spoke good English, which with my grasp of Spanish is a must! I would recommend this apartment 100 per cent!

Precious apartment.

The apartment has lots of natural light and the view to Rota and P° Santa Maria across the Cadiz bay amaze every morning. Every corner and space in the apartment has an enchanting decoration and inviting comfort. My teen son(who hardly reads a book) felt a desire to read a book in the apartment. The apartment has every necessary item in the kitchen, bathrooms even for the beach; beach towels, beach chairs, and a parasol. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful place with travelers.
