The apartment has two bedrooms with two single beds each one, a fully equipped kitchen, a living - dining room and a bathroom with shower.





The apartment has air conditioning and heating by heat pump in all its rooms and all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay in Cádiz. It also has its own parking space.



The apartment is located in front of the beach of Santa María del Mar, just crossing the street you can find enjoying a walking time along the beach and the gastronomical offer of this area of ​​the city, but it is also less than 10 minutes walking from the Cathedral and the historical center of the city, being a unique place to enjoy our city. The area of ​​the apartment is very quiet, although there are shops and supermarkets nearby to buy everything that is necessary.

Bel appartement de vacances

Apres une remise de clés qui s'apparentait à une chasse au trésor on nous fait passer par une agence en centre ville innaccessible en voiture nous aurions fourni une photocopie de nos papiers le tour était joué puisque nous n'avons pas obtenu les clés ils ouvraient la chambre forte à distance mais l'entrée de l'immeuble ne fonctionnnait pas grâce à un voisin qui sortait yes nous avons réussi de rentrer l'appartement reste confortable parking tres utile également le chocolat offert à notre arrivée
