200m2 Vivienda Familiar Exquisita Siglo XIX Casco Histórico Cádiz

Es una propiedad renovada con mucho gusto, un edificio de finales de 1800, auténtico de Cádiz con su original Torre. Es una espacio amplio y encantador para recibir a familias, es luminoso vestido con 4 balcones que dan a la plaza de las Flores, techos altos con sus vigas y puertas originales. Cada ambiente tiene su gran ventilador de techo. Hay 4 habitaciones singulares, un gran salón para reunirse y estar, 2 baños completos, y una cocina exquisita que invita a cocinar en familia. Pudiendo acomodar una familia de hasta 8 personas, es un lugar transformado con amor y cariño por sus propietarios. ¡Bienvenidos!

La casa dispone de aire acondicionado mediante equipo móviles: un en el salon , uno en la habitacion principal. Todas las habitaciones tienen ventiladores de techo. También añadir que en Cádiz los ventiladores en verano son suficientes al estar la ciudad rodeada del mar lo que brinda siempre frescura.

El piso está ubicado a fácil acceso desde la estación tren, a un paseo de 15 minutos. Desde el aeropuerto Jerez de la Frontera son 40 km, en taxi, el coste aproximadamente 50 euros, el punto mas cercano para el taxi a la propiedad es la Plaza del Palillero a 5 minutos caminando. Cabe mencionar que su ubicación ofrece todas las prestaciones de una ciudad, bares, restaurantes, farmacias, supermercado, comercios, moda, cine, todo lo que le pueda hacer falta. Sin mencionar las playas y toda la oferta cultural del momento. Cadiz también brinda una ubicación perfecta para conocer otros pueblos, blancos, de la sierra de Grazalema y de la costa.

We love this flat and try to stay whenever we come to Cadiz! It is gloriously spacious and generous (almost palacial) in its proportions and equipped with everything you could need for a stay including, and very importantly, for entertaining children! Wonderful!

The apartment was wonderful. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook meals, but if I wanted to eat out, there were so many places to choose from right outside the door. On the warm afternoons, the huge windows opened to let in a breeze. I loved the location and the apartment itself. I hope to come back to Cádiz soon, and this will be my first choice.

The apartment in the old city of Cadiz was great for our family of 4. Great location with easy access to both beaches and all the city has to offer. We loved walking around and just hanging out at the apartment with the windows open. It felt like we were still part of the action from the comforts of the home. Our kids loved all the toys (especially the legos). We will definitely be back!

Perfect

We (family of 5) loved our stay in old Cádiz. It was our second time in the town and absolutely loved the location. Most reviews have mentioned the wonderful kitchen, which I agree with but I also appreciated the storage in the bedroom. I have never rented a place with an abundance of hangers. Overall a wonderful place to stay. We hope to return.

Amazing Apartment in Old Town

Fantastic, large, quirky and artsy apartment in a great location, with a private elevator and multiple balconies overlooking a bustling pedestrian street with LOTS of shops and restaurants nearby. If we ever find ourselves in Cádiz again we will definitely stay here.

Great location, eclectic place!

We had a nice stay in Cadiz at this property. Place was very unique and beautiful. The town was amazing. Unfortunately we had a heat dome in june and the temps were very high. Having no air conditioning in the bedrooms wasn't great but it was much hotter than usual. I would stay here again for sure.

Incredible apartment in centre of old Cadiz

Beautiful apartment in a busy square in the old town. We loved being in the middle of everything. Lots of great restaurants all around. Raquel and Alicia were very responsive.

Wonderful Location in Cadiz - Feel like a local

We loved the spacious and airy apartment right near the flower shops and market in old Cadiz. The place had its own elevator, modern gourmet kitchen, balcony and updated bathrooms. We felt very comfortable and would definitely recommend the place to others looking for a place which is close to everything in Old Cadiz.

Central Cadiz

The apartment is wonderfully located and charming. It is very well equipped. We were there in the winter months and had to manage the cold with space heaters but all else was very comfortable, light and spacious.

Best place in Cadiz!

This is truly a gem! Best location and apartment you can wish for in Cadiz! 6 minutes walking from parking at Las Canalejas! This home was perfect for our needs, close to everything and a balcony to listen to the Carnaval performers, central to all of Cadiz wonderful historical places! Thank you Raquel and Herve! Fantastic place with tons of charm

The place is absolutely full of charm and very welcoming. Raquel is a super host and working with her and her team for ensuring smooth transportation, check in, cleaning etc deserves a honor mention here. The location is very central and close to everything but keep in mind that it also allows for street noise which ends later in the evening. Certainly a place to keep in mind when visiting Cádiz.

Absolutely beautiful

We had the most wonderful stay at Hervé and Raquel's apartment. The location is perfect and the flat itself is incredibly special. Spacious, amazing high ceilings, beautiful interiors but also feels like home. My son absolutely loved it - thank you for being so generous with the toys and books in the children's bedroom. We would love to come back!

Comfort and charm

Well appointed apartment with charming furnishing, great functional kitchen and so close to the wonderful market. Easy stroll to the beach.in the centre of old Cadiz . Wonderful high ceilings. Well ventilated with light wells accessible from all bedrooms. Bathrooms were great and the laundry facilities first rate. We have stayed in 3 apartments in Cadiz and this was easily the very best

Great location in the Plaza de las Flores!

Our family had a wonderful week in this condo. The rooms are large and the living room and kitchen have balconies looking on to the plaza below. Everything in Cadiz is within walking distance. There is a multitude of restaurants to choose from, and all of the host recommendations were exception meals. The market and grocery store are around the corner. Highly recommend this property with thanks to our hosts!

Central and traditional

A great experience overall and a huge place big enough for our group of two families of three. The location is perfect for visiting Cadiz old centre. A little loud on the Saturday night from neighbours and street but other nights were good. Mosquitoes were a problem, maybe it was the time of year.

The photos are what drew us to book this property but, truly, they do not do it justice. Absolutely everything imaginable is included - the kitchen is better equipped than my own house! The location is in the heart of the old town, literally steps away from the central market and cathedral. Just leaning over one of the balconies to view the street scene below captures the true feel of Cadiz life. The perfect home away from home!!

Beautiful and well-kept apartment

This property was a true find! Well maintained and beautifully restored apartment suitable for families. We stayed here for four months in total and were very pleased with the location (close to everything one needs in Cadiz, markets/beaches/shopping/culture/bars etc.) and not least the hospitality of the owners. They made us feel welcome to their home and helped us with the very few questions we had. The apartment has everything one needs for a short or long stay, will definitely come back here again.
