Recommandons pour son calme et son emplacement.
Vous pourrez en effet y dormir les fenĂȘtres ouvertes, aprĂšs avoir dĂ©ambulĂ© tranquillement sur le front de mer.
L'appartement est suffisamment équipé et grand pour un couple. L'utilisation du canapé lit sera bien sûr contraignante.
Le "Excellent ... mais" s'explique ainsi :
louant depuis de nombreuses années des appartements en période estivale, nous avons trÚs souvent dû faire le ménage avant de nous installer pour notre séjour, et rendu les lieux plus propres qu'à notre arrivée. Voilà pourquoi nous avons décidé depuis quelques temps de cocher l'option "ménage de fin de séjour" pour ne pas avoir à endosser la responsabilité d'un précédent ménage déficient (ce qui est regrettable).
Aussi, lorsque cette option est proposée pour une location, il serait de bon ton que le propriétaire des lieux fasse réaliser un nettoyage complet avant la période estivale, ce qui permettrait de supprimer les salissures grasses des éléments de cuisine (hotte, dessus de meubles, arriÚre et dessous de frigo ...) accumulés depuis les précédentes saisons.
Locataire noté 5 étoiles, j'aurai ainsi pu noter la location avec 5 étoiles également.
PS : un tapis de sortie de bain serait trÚs appréciable.
