Brilliant location.

This property raised a lot of concerns with regard to Covit regulations. My 1st job was to desinfect everything we had to use in the kitchen. Food cupboard was full of food left by previous visitors. The oven, freezer, microwave were unclean.

Appartement vetuste. L'installation électrique dans la cuisine est dangereuse de plus le nettoyage est défaillant. La cafetière inutilisable n'a pas été remplacée. La salle de bain est repoussante. Pas de vestiaire ni au rch ni étage . La vue sur mer, les photos,certes ,mais un appartement laissé à l'abandon. Dommage....

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Cabourg, avec un temps magnifique. L'appartement est pied dans l'eau, avec une vue sur la mer dans toutes les pièces. Il est assez spacieux pour 6 personnes. Il est juste à côté du grand hôtel, ce qui permet d'accéder à l'avenue de la mer (marché et commerces), en 5 minutes à pied. La propriétaire ainsi que le gérant, sont adorables. En prime, nous avons le feu d'artifice du 14/07. Nous sommes en première loge grâce à sa belle terrasse. Nous reviendrons, c'est certain!
