This is an exquisite four-bedroom, four-bathroom penthouse (3,175 square feet) located in Cascadas del Pedregal, a sophisticated gated community a short drive away from Cabo San Lucas’ incomparable beaches, lively marina, pulsating nightlife, and sophisticated restaurants.

The Space:
The property’s soothing living room is furnished with a fireplace and a smart TV. It offers direct access to a majestic terrace with an outdoor living area, fire pit, and state-of-the-art BBQ. The dining room table seats eight people.

Cascadas is equipped with a gourmet, fully-stocked kitchen station with a large granite bar and wood cabinets. It includes a Nespresso machine for coffee lovers.

Safe and beautiful condo!

Our stay was AMAZING! The hosts were always available and helpful. They greeted us upon arrival with guac, margs, and massages. The condo was very clean and spacious, with cleaning services available by request. The view was breathtaking! I loved how safe we felt with the gate at our entrance. I would 100% recommend this company and condo to anyone staying Cabo. We will definitely be back!

Words can't express the amazing time we had in CABO, the penthouse was AMAZING. Jonathan and his staff did not disappoint. Oliver and Victor prepared a taco spread for us on our 1st night and again, they did not disappoint. This was such a good trip from beginning to end.

I have traveled a lot and stayed at many beautiful places. My group and I were blown away with the penthouse. The decor inside was very elegant and laid out so everyone had their own space. The view during the day and evening was just breathtaking from the balcony. The town during the day with the water for the background was beautiful. Then at night having the lights turned on in the town gave an another view of beauty. The pool was wonderful and loved the lounger in the pool. Everyone was very friendly and caring to make sure our stay was first class. I hope we can return soon and will be sure to stay at the penthouse.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Beautiful ,Quiet, and Safe

Where do I begin? Jonathan was best he facilitated the transportation at a moment notice. He responded very quickly with answers to our questions and concerns. The layout of this unit was great each room had it’s unique flare. This property is gorgeous with breathtaking views and everything right in arms reach. The Marina and Downtown Cabo are minutes away. The property was very clean endless supply of toiletries, linens and laundry supplies. The Housekeeper was very nice and fast. What really made my family feel safe is the gated community with the guard shack checking every person coming through the gate. I highly recommend this property. Thanks again Jonathan for everything.

Incredible Place to Stay with an Amazing View to Match

Las Cascadas Unit 632 was one of the finest properties I have ever stayed in! My crew of 3 (originally 4) couples were looking for a place to stay in Cabo San Lucas that wasn't a hotel or resort but had something unique and something that had an incredible view of either the ocean or the city. We hit the jackpot when this location became available. The owners of the unit hired Pisces the Villa Collection to manage this property and that is likely one of the best decisions they could have made. From the moment I booked, Pisces kept in constant contact with us and Jonathan specifically made sure we were taken care once we arrived. They offered a tremendous pre-stocking service which had really great prices and wide array of things that could be ordered. They also have an option to pick you and your guests up from the airport, arrange for taxi service at anytime during your stay as well as take you back to the airport when you ready to leave. As tremendous as the service was, unit 632 itself was just as good... if not better. The furnishings are incredible, the kitchen is spotless, open and wonderfully stocked with any and everything you need. The 2 master bedrooms are incredible with open views that overlook the city which at night time gets even better as you overlook Downtown Cabo at night. The balcony is equally as impressive as it is also wonderfully furnished, has 2 fire pits, a large outdoor kitchen area with a grill and is the biggest balcony of all the other units in Las Cascadas. I could go on and on about this property as there was so much more the Unit and Pisces the Villa Collection offered had to offer but I think who reads this is getting the point. The place is just amazing. Any group will be glad that they booked this property and had access to everything Pisces the Villa Collection has to offer!

The best rental ever

This was by far the best accommodation we have all had. The Pisces Group provides an amazing experience. Jonathan went above and beyond to ensure our trip was wonderful. The pictures do not do justice, this is a MUST BOOK beautiful penthouse if in Cabo. Definitely looking forward to staying again when visiting.
