I stayed for 5 nights from 9/27-10/2 and it was a nice and clean place to stay. The only thing that did not work properly was the wifi daily I had a problem with it which made it difficult to use to search for places and uber. Also I feel they should provide drinking water and beach chair and umbrella to use while you stay because renting daily at the beach was $15 or more US dollars.

Our experience was amazing. There were some details that made our stay a lot easier like water filter, condiments for cooking, great amenities, like the rooftop and gym. The pool and view from the rooftop were outstanding.

The place has great location and spacious. It's walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Communication is a bit of a challenge since the staff don't speak English. I could have given a 5 stars but I found the couch has stains and not washed maybe for awhile.

We looked at many different options for first trip to Cabo. We enjoy local dining, less busy touristy areas, prefer making our own fun and skip all inclusive resorts. We are a couple in our mid 30’s /40’s. The room and bathroom was spacious, modern, extremely clean and offered an intimate setting. If you like rooftop patios and pools, this one is lovely. We spent most days Ubering to less busy beaches, local eats and once we returned we would enjoy the views and sounds on the patio. Catching an Uber closer into town for dining and waking was only about $5usd and was never a problem waiting only 2-3 minutes for one to arrive. We would highly suggest staying here and would do so again.

This place is definitely worth the price especially you want to explore Cabo instead of just staying at a resort, I will say the bed is much smaller than I expected but maybe that’s just because we’re in another country. Overall it was great there was always someone at the front desk and they communicated with me very fast

I absolutely love this property, clean, secure, friendly staff, beautiful rooftop pool and jacuzzi. We went in May and pretty much had thr pool to ourselves day and night! The pool is not heated, but i loved it so refreshing on a hot day. The only thing i didnt like was the noise from the traffic, my room faced the street which is at times, is busy and loud. Having said that, I preferred traffic noise over party noise! Our Deluxe 2 bedroom also did not have a washer dryer and I thought it would, there were hook ups for it. Our unit was for sale so perhaps thats why it was more basic. Overall no big deal. We had a few requests from Lumina via chat and they were so quick to respond. DEFINITELY coming back! Its easily accessible 20 min walk to downtown under 30 min to the beach and marina, loved it!

What you see is not what you got

Hello I don't know if anyone will read me. We liked the building and the very quiet neighborhood. A few steps from the Marina which we visited every day. We decided to choose Lumina at Cardinal Cabo San Luca by the photos showing the bright apartments lit by large windows, balcony and laundry set. We were disappointed that this was not what we got.

I loved the apartment to the point that I want to buy it. It’s new, clean, managed well and it has great amenities. Parking was great, easy to park, covered and spacious. The communication was great. Easy to check in&out. Only thing I wished better was the noise situation. The building is located on a busy block and there is nonstop vehicle noise. The noise isolation is done really poor in the suite to the point that I keep thinking the windows were open. I wish they used more sound proof windows. Still recommend the place strongly. However, if you are a light sleeper, bring some ear plugs

My friends and I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely safe and comfortable. The neighborhood was great for walking around, and we never had any concerns. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, and communication with the staff was clear and efficient.
