I want to be clear that Maria Preston has been responsive. However it is the owner of the unit that must account for the way the unit was mis-represented in Vrbo. I didn't come for a month stay to have these issues corrected while I am trying to have my wife recover. No one should. This unit could not have accommodated six people as listed. Pull out sofa bed was in poor condition and even uncomfortable to sit on. There was no end tables or coffee table to enjoy TV in the living room. The ceiling fan in living room had no working remote so could only run on high speed or turn off. Second bedroom fan had only one speed and master bedroom fan light would go on randomly unless you turned off power completely. The window treatments in the bedroom were not dark enough for a good night sleep. The master bedroom faced the main road and parking lot driveway so there was constant traffic all night longKitchen cooktop had one burner not working. Refrigerator ice maker not working. Unsanitary pots and pans stored under kitchen sink. Not enough dishes, utensils and cook tools. No toaster just a panini maker. Not enough bath towels and wash cloths.No condo backup power generator as listed. Pool cleaned three times a week only but generally dirty because of the pigeon feces and iguana feces. There is so much more.
