Sr Adilson foi muito prestativo e atencioso, de fácil comunicação, o apartamento realmente é próximo de tudo, inclusive da praia. Acho que duas coisas precisam ser pontuadas: a limpeza do apartamento precisa ser melhorada, e no anúncio precisa ser descrito que o apartamento é no 3º andar, sem elevador. Do mais, atendeu bem a mim e minha família, foi uma estadia tranquila.

Foi uma experiência muito boa. O apartamento, utensílios, mobiliário estavam tudo de acordo com o anúncio. A localização é excelente, bem pertinho da praia. Tem drogaria, lanchonetes e uma loja Americanas bem pertinho e o proprietário é super atencioso. Recomendo.

Desde o primeiro contato com o propietário até o final da estadia, só elogios ao Sr. Adilson, muito educado e paciente. O imóvel é simples mas bem aconhegante, muito bem localizado, perto de tudo, no centro de cabo frio. Indico o imóvel com certeza. Tenho só duas coisas para alertar o Sr Adilson, melhoria da limpeza no imóvel (a limpeza não estava 100% e sim uns 25%) e colocar um galão de água de 5 litros vazio disponivel e o suporte. OBS: O imóve fica no 3 andar e não tem elevador. Só uma observação mesmo, pois pra idosos não é recomendado o imóvel. Fora isso, muito obrigada Sr Adilson. Voltaremos! braços.

Nossa viagem foi em família. O proprietário do imóvel foi cordial desde o primeiro momento. Simpático e generoso as solicitações que fizemos. Sempre nos atendeu quando ligamos. A localização é excelente, apartamento limpo, possui wi-fi, pertinho de quase TD que precisamos. O zelador está sempre a disposição. Nossa estádia foi ótima e com certeza alugaremos novamente.
