A reserva foi feita para um casal e uma pessoa de 16 anos, solicitando então uma cama de casal e uma cama de solteiro obviamente. Foram agrupadas duas camas e dois colcnões de solteiro com se fosse a cama de casal, não houve nem o bom senso de colocar um colchão de casal e a cama de solteiro nem existia, apenas um colchão no chão. Serviço de quarto deixa muito a desejar, solicitamos a limpeza por duas vezes no dia 03/01/2026 e não fomos atendidos, apenas depois de solicitarmos com mais ênfase a limpeza foi feita de forma emergencial e às pressas. Café da manhã básico, faltando copos, talhares e itens do buffet. Hotel não justifca relação custo benefício.

Nunca, nunca mesmo, há ninguém na recepção para atender, pegar as chaves, ou deixá-las , era um incômodo grande. Já a arrumação do quarto, tinha q ser solicitada verbalmente, a plaqueta q se coloca na fechadura com o pedido de arrumar o quarto, era ignorada.

Um bom custo x benefício

Hotel, no geral, simples. No entanto, mobiliário novo, roupas de cama limpas, assim como o quarto, as áreas comuns e a piscina. Café da manhã completo. Nada extraordinário, mas atende muitíssimo bem, princialmente aos não tão exigentes. Excelente localização perto da praia das Dunas.
