Enjoy memorial moments in the pool and the backyard. The house is located in the enclave of ENCUENTRO Beach, a locals-only spot with unspoilt, fine white sand and curling surfing waves. Although shops and restaurants are only a five-minute drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. I have a great stay. It is fairly new in a new development area. The only problem that I had was with one of the bathroom tub being clog, but I'm sure then owner will have that problem resolve. The property was a great rental andr in a great location.
