The property has a private pool for the guests and it is located in a tropical garden surrounded by a wall. Though the condo is quiet it is close to the buzz of Cabarete. It is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bakery, fruits and vegetables stands, banks, shops and the night life on the beach.

There are kite surfing, wind surfing and sailing schools and rentals on the beach. People love the long walks on the beach and watching the kitesurfing champions flying in the sky over the sea.

The condo has a lovely private terrasse surrounded with tropical plants and flowers to sit on, read or take a meal.

It is a comfortable condo to stay for a long period.

A variety of orchids grow in the garden and are in flowers at different periods of the year. Depending on the season avocados and mangos grow in the garden. Birds like to come to visit.
