Good Sosua location.

I travel and rent alot of Airbnbs so I rely on reviews alot. I will try to be thorough and fair. This location has alot of potential. The pictures are a bit outdated, however the location is decent. It has 7 bedroom which was a bit hard for me to find in that price range. The pools are nice but can use some slight renovation. The game room has no AC or fan so we did not get to use it much. The property itself is huge. This is not a gated community and there is no real security but there are security cameras. Sosua from my experience is normally safe so that is not too much of a problem. There is an older gentleman/groundskeeper that stays on the property who was kind of helpful at times. All the rooms had AC and worked well. The master bedroom has a jacuzzi in it which was nice aswell. There is only AC in the rooms so it can get hot in the other areas of the house. You may get some complaints for loud music at night but if you lower it or bring it into the house you will be fine. The host was easy to contact which was great. Its not far from the main road which made getting around easy. The pictures do not give a great floor plan of the property. The main house has 4 rooms and the 3 other rooms are in a separate area. We were offered maid services which we declined so we cannot account for that. Our favorite thing about the house is the great potential it has. Our least favorite is the lack of privacy. Overall the place was ok. It has alot of potential to be great with some upgrades. I believe these upgrades are in the works so this should be an great property soon.
