BYRON SHIRE NOISE RESTRICTIONS
Our property has a firm no party policy with no additional guests allowed to visit the house at any time. Sound travels to the neighbours easily and as such, noise levels are to be respectful at all times of the day and no loud music or outdoor entertaining whatsoever after 10pm.
Receiving a noise complaint will result in a bond deduction if Quiet Hotline Security are called to the house and they deem the noise levels from the street disruptive to the neighbourhood. These fines from the local Quiet Hotline Security can occur at any time from 8pm – 8am and are $165 each time plus a $55 processing fee. Multiple noise complaints may result in being asked to vacate immediately with no refund of remaining tariff or bond.
Sorry to be so strict but noise levels are a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.

Clean, comfortable and well located. Damp smell in main bedroom wardrobe, a bit festy rug in second bedroom, strange comm from vrbo@eg.vrbo.com about our booking which was a worry about system security, remote for main bedroom air-con not working, sliding door to bedroom unlocked on arrival, soap dispenser in shower not working. All minor matters but over all pretty good.

Location, location, location!
A comfortable and homely apartment with good kitchen and laundry facilities and 2 reasonable sized bedrooms. Particularly lovely shower! Best tho is the easy walk to bus exchange, town and beach.
