Stayed at East on Byron 1 to 7 July for holiday. When I first entered the apartment I was amazed by the size of it. Big living room and big balcony with a BBQ. There was 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with an extra bed in the cabinet. There is also a swimming pool that you can use. We were only 2 people staying there and the space was too big for us... but we did get used to big space :-) The place is also just by the beach and that is very convenient. East on Byron is not really walking distance to town... we had a car so moving around was easy and the apartment came with a allocated carpark space. This place is so worth it for big families or friends traveling together with a car. The only negative thing was that the heater was not working in the apartment while we stayed there... and no cleaning for the first 7 days stay.
these two bedroom uunits are the largest i have seen . the master has onsuite and two single beds in the other room. the living area is enormous has well appointed kitchen area and a b.b.q on the balcony . upstairs there is a sun deck.. the venue has a swimming pool and is about 2 ks from the town ,beach is over the reserve in front of the units .
Nothing to say other then we loved our stay. You feel like your in million dollar apartments, because you are. We didn't use the pool or the facilities around it but we could see them from our apartment and could imagine a family having a great time as there were kids there even in the freezing cold. If you want a romantic getaway save it for out of season days because you have a great restaurant next door and a beautiful beach directly opposite. Belongil is the real Byron Bay
A group of 4 friends stayed here on a weekend trip away. What a beautiful place !!!! Wow ! We were blown away how amazing the two bedroom apartment was that we got. It was huge ! With a viewing deck up stairs an incredible kitchen and lots of room for everyone to enjoy them selves. It's situated a little way out from the centre of byron but short walk along the beach and your there !! We hired bikes next door and cruised into byron that way. Will definitely be back! :) cheers
We were so happy with our accommodation in Byron Bay. The staff here were amazing. We were without a car so the staff dropped us to destinations whenever we wanted and even dropped my phone back to me when I left it in the van. The rooms were amazing, comfy bed and comfy couch! Win win!!!
Belongil beach is our favourite place to stay in Byron. East on Byron great location, close to the Treehouse - the best coffee and pizza The amenities were as expected, clean and tidy.. plenty of space. the staff were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the most uncomfortable bed I have ever tried to sleep in
At first glance the room was spectacular, very spacious and beautiful, great shower with 2 shower heads, amazing entertaining area and huge living and dining and even a lock up garage. The staff were very welcoming and courteous, and the room would have been great even if we had brought our kids along, they even supplied a cupboard of board games. Very, very short distance to the beach (just across the road) and a great dining experience next door at the Treehouse. While we enjoyed our stay there were a few issues, Wifi didn't work at all as there was barely any reception, you would also thing that spending a decent amount you would have a bit more to choose from on the foxtel but it seemed to be the very basic package, there was no way to have any privacy in the lounge room (no curtains or blinds) as the back wall was 1 giant sliding door, the shower leaked badly on the floor (there was nothing to stop the water from flowing out into the middle of the bathroom floor or walk in closet, we had to use towels to stop it).
East on Byron is an amazing spot. Settled in a very quiet part of Byron, but relatively speaking, close to the action. Beautiful 15 min walk along the beach to Byron bay central. Just far enough out but close enough! loved our time here. Under new management- and they are fantastic. Tree house hotel- a cracker- The Bistro, great! Apartments so well kitted out... an amazing getaway - we stayed in Unit 22. 👌🏼
We booked the minimum two night for a family wedding at The Belongil Restaurant, and it was spacious for 5, very well appointed, so convenient to venue, beach and an easy trip to Byron Bay. Staff were very friendly..
Great place to stay and only a short stroll on the beach to Byron. Unit 22 is really great with the birds coming onto the balcony to be hand fed.The tree house is 2 minutes away with great casual food and wine .
