A pousada e um pouco no alto, o cafe da manhã e excelente, os quartos estão bem, sentimos falta de algo para secar a roupa ( varal ). O funcionário da recepção foi um pouco intransigente, creio qqdo se trata de estar detrás de um balcão ( recepção) temos que ser um pouco condescendente com os clientes ( dentro de um limite claro) .Foi no geral bacana porem nao voltarei .

Péssimo ! Contratei um quarto quádruplo e fui acomodada em quarto duplo bem menor ! E o pior, sem a possibilidade de ser realocada. Muito insatisfeita com a desfeita do hotéis. Com que não me deu retorno e com a pousada pelo descaso !

O lugar é bonito , limpo , os quartos sao confortáveis , porém ficou a desejar no cafe da manha e na disponibilidade dos funcionarios. Meu filho prendeu o pé no ralo lateral que havia na piscina , e nao houve nenhuma preocupaçao por parte dos atendentes com o ocorrido.

Recebi um quarto diverso do contratado.

Contratei um quarto quádruplo para um final de semana com minha família e me deram um quarto apertado e triplo. A hospedagem foi péssima pois minhas filhas são grandes e o quarto todo preparado para receber apenas 3 pessoas. O atendimento também foi ruim, pois não tinha recepcionista na pousada e nem telefone para contato nesta pousada.

A pousada é boa.. porém tem algumas coisas que deixam a desejar. O quarto tem aspecto de sujo, o banheiro é muito pequeno. Tinham duas baratinhas no quarto. O Café da amanha é simples, mas é bom. E os funcionários são ótimos e bastante educados.

Ótimo custo x benefício

A pousada é exatamente da forma como é apresentada por fotos. Um local bem aprazível, funcionários simpáticos, café da manhã farto e arrumação impecável. Bem localizada, perto de boas praias e centro. O quarto quádruplo é um pouco apertado, mas isso não chegou a ser um problema. O ônus é em relação à piscina. Se você, assim como eu, faz MUITA questão do combo piscina + sol, é melhor já ir ciente de que você não vai poder aproveita-la desta forma. O local é coberto de árvores, não deixando o sol chegar até a piscina, fazendo também com que a água fique extremamente gelada. Fora isso, gostei do lugar e acredito que me hospedaria sim numa próxima oportunidade.

O pior de todos!

O pior hotel que eu já fiquei. Reservei três quartos para mim e para funcionários que estavam trabalhando comigo. Todos reclamaram. Meu banheiro estava entupido e não tinha papel higiênico disponível quando eu cheguei. Tinha uma geladeira que estava fedendo e não funcionava. Não tinha água para beber, nem para comprar no hotel. A cama tinha um colchão que estava com a espuma amassada no meio, tornando muito desconfortável dormir nele. Em um dos outros quartos tinha manchas de sangue por todo o quarto. O atendimento foi ruim, presenciei uma das funcionárias discutindo com um hóspede no hotel porque ele pediu para tomar café 5 minutos antes da hora marcada. A funcionária falava que ele tinha que "cumprir o papel dele de hóspede e aguardar o horário", só que o café estava pronto e sobre a mesa. Essa questão do café foi complicada também, o horário é apenas a partir de 8:30, eu precisava sair para trabalhar antes disso, então fui obrigada a tomar café na cidade mesmo tendo já pago pelo hotel, esse horário ficou muito tarde, quando pedi um café adiantado me disseram que não tinha como e o atendente ainda disse que vários hóspedes reclamam desse horário, ou seja, mesmo com muita gente reclamando nada foi feito. Eu não voltaria nunca e não indico o hotel para ninguém.

Viagem para pegar uma praia. O tempo gasto no hotel seria o mínimo possível. Vamos ao que interessa. Ao chegar na pousada a identificação foi relativamente fácil e o exterior da pousada é bem bonitinho. Já no quarto, ficamos na suite 08,... e definitivamente esse quarto não possui a metragem informada na reserva. Mas até aí... a televisão funciona razoavelmente, a geladeira não gela... e o que gerou muita dor de cabeça no primeiro dia..... o chuveiro não ficava quente nem por um decreto!!!!!!! nos outros dois dias esse problema foi resolvido... O café da manhã é simples mas cumpre seu papel. Café, Leite, achocolatado... pão frances e de forma, dois bolos queijo e presunto e ponto. Tem que ir de carro pq a pousada fica no alto e é diste]ante das praias. Outra coisa que pode custar a vida de um homem... tivemos uma companheira que só consegui matar no segundo dia... uma barata.

Foi uma otima estadia, muito bom a pousada pelo custo beneficio, café da manha poderia ser melhor, e tive alguns problemas com o aquecedor e fiquei todos os dias sem internet.
