Absolutely filthy - dead bugs everywhere

Room was disgusting, there were dead bugs everywhere and paint completely peeling off doors. There was possible bed bugs - overall I would never recommend this this place and thankful we only stayed 1 night. I was quite disgusted the entire duration and was almost too scared to sleep due to possibility of bed bugs!!!

Shower very weak, and after taking a shower, the floor was wet and stayed wet as the nature of the rocky styled floor does not allow water to move to the drain on the floor. On the plus side staff were very helpful and assisted in the booking of a boat tour around buziosbuziod e

Mediocre

facilities are ok and location is not bad. Downfall is the service. Generally not very friendly and kind of acted like they were doing me a favour by letting me stay there. No one spoke any English at all. The owner is particularly unfriendly and did not make eye contact the whole 5 days I was there which was strange given there were only about 3 clients most of the time.If they could get the service piece right it would be a decent place.

Estadia horrível, decepção total!!

A nossa estadia foi uma grande decepção! As fotos não condizem com o estado atual da pousada. Tudo muito velho, quebrado e em péssimas condições. O quarto mofado, com muito mosquito, lençóis e toalhas muito encardidas, não tive coragem de usar. Tudo muito sujo, principalmente a piscina e o piso do quarto. O café foi o pior, eram 9:20 e não tinha mais nada para comer e não tinha para repor, tiveram que pedir pão na padaria para entregar. Um total descaso pois ainda tinha muitos hóspedes sem tomar café. Enfim, a tarde experiência foi muito ruim.

Café da manhã ruim e sem reposição devido a não suportar a demanda. Instalações precisando de manutenção assim como a piscina. Resumo: espaço físico e localização boa mas sem manutenção e funcionários sobrecarregados principalmente na hora do café e arrumação.

Ótimo custo benefício para a localização

Pousada simples porém ótimo custo benefício, próxima a orla Bardot e ruas das pedras, da pra ir a pé tranquilo, só tirei o carro para ir às praias durante o dia. Café da manhã simples mas gostoso e ótimo atendimento dos funcionários, quartos limpos e toalhas trocadas todos os dias. Tive um problema quanto a reserva, porém pelo q percebi a culpa foi da Hoteis.com, na acomodação estava escrito quarto para até 4 pessoas, porém quando fechei o quarto, que recebi a informação q reserva que fiz era pra duas, e no site não dá nem a opção de selecionar 4 pessoas, resumindo entrei em contato com a pousada onde a atendente Sandra foi muito solícita entendo a confusão, e eu compreendi que o problema não era deles, resolvemos a diferença e deu tudo certo. Recomendo.

Para começar as toalhas já vinheram sujas ou encardidas. Ficamos dois dias / duas noites e em nenhum momento elas foram trocadas. Mais um ponto negativo: a pousada informa que tem cofre, porém , no nosso quarto não tinha. No único dia que tentamos ir à piscina, a água estava suja. Pontos positivos: bem próximo ao centro, café da manhã simples, mas gostoso. Enfim, Búzios é maravilhoso ! Vale à pena conhecer !!

A localização é ótima, não precisamos pegar carro para os melhores pontos da cidade. Fiquei insatisfeita com a falta do wi-fi, a tv só pegava um único canal, e o sabonete oferecido pela pousada era aqueles de lavar as mãos, tive que comprar um em barra. O café da manhã foi bem básico. No entanto, a limpeza do quarto estava impecável.
