Pousada bem aconchegante mas bem simples e com algumas coisas mais antigas. O quarto tinha a cama desconfortável e a televisão com SKY mas não funcionava .Ar condicionado e ventilador gelava bem. O berço que pedimos para nosso bebê estava imundo, nem tivemos coragem de botar ele pra dormir. A cabiceira da cama tinha um cheiro forte (cheiro de mofo). Mas em geral dava pra dormir (sem luxo)

Problema prontamente solucionado

Fiz a reserva na véspera da hospedagem, mas somente ao chegar na pousada é que soube que a piscina estava em obra e a sauna não estava funcionando. Entretanto, o Sr. Leonardo conseguiu de imediato providenciar outra boa pousada para a hospedagem e ainda ofereceu uma carta de crédito para futuramente conhecer a Pousada dos Guardiões.

Boa pousada

Pousada muito boa, bem perto da praia, boa para família. O café da manhã achei fraco para o valor cobrado. Muito básico, Faltou requeijão e o tradicional ovo mexido. Funcionários muito atenciosos. Wi-fi não pega nos quartos, apenas no saguão.

Só aparência!

A pousada é aparentemente bonita, contudo o quarto estava com piso muito escorregadio, roupa de cama poida é não foi trocada nenhum dos dias que fiquei hospedada, a TV é antiga de tubo é haviam muitos mosquitos. O wc estava com defeito no blindex brindes e a água do chuveiro inundava o chão, o jato da ducha era forte demais e meu último dia de hospedagem fiquei sem água na parte da manhã. A piscina externa estava com a bomba desligada pois está alagou com a chuva. A piscina quente estava suja, com rejunte estrelando e a bomba desta faz muito barulho. Enquanto usava a piscina quente um funcionário foi desliga-la alegando que o dono da pousada estava incomodado com o barulho. A sauna estava quebrada. Toalhas e roupas de cama bastante simples, recomendo levar toalhas. Café da manhã simples, poucas opções mas saboroso. Infelizmente passei a semana de chuva e por isso fiquei bastante tempo na pousada. vivenciei essas decepções. Não vale o preço.

La posada se encuentra en un buen sector, a 5 minutos del centro en taxi. La estadía estuvo dentro de las 3B, así que volvería encantada a hospedarme allí. Muy buena disposición de los recepcionistas, buena ubicación, desayuno variado... no tengo nada negativo que decir.

No geral, gostamos. Mas no primeiro dia, café da manhã completo. No segundo, já bem reduzido. A mesa de bolos e pães já não estava mais. Porém nos orientaram a pedir algo, se precisássemos. Quarto limpo, mas o colchão de uma qualidade muito ruim. Mas gostamos de tudo no geral. Bom atendimento e limpeza.

Ótima localização

Para quem quer curtir a praia da Ferradura, o hotel é excelente. Pode-se ir a pé. O Leonardo que fica na recepção é muito amável e atencioso. Café da manhã é simples, assim como os quatros,mas muito limpo. Fica uma dica: se vc é daqueles que gostam de ficar beliscando a toda hora, compre as guloseimas e deixe no frigobar, pois o hotel só dispõe de bebidas.

Nice small holiday resort in a very nice area

Good stay, stayed for 2 nights. Nice beaches, nice little town with restaurants and beaches all over the place. Only problem was that English language was not spoken a lot in this hotel. Main problem was to get the airport transport organized, as also the company handling the transport did not speak much English. But we managed to get to Buzios from Rio airport (GIG) quite well in the end, with a bit of luck finding a company to take us...

Fomos muito bem recebidos, o café da manhã é de ótima qualidade. Próximo a rua das pedras e praias lindas como a praia de geriba e da ferradura. Estamos muito satisfeitos com o atendimento e pensando em voltar em breve. Parabéns a Pousada dos Guardiões.
