La habitación nro 11 resultó muy mala en cuanto a seguridad. La ventana eS interior, no da afuera y NO TRANCA. La puerta también tiene problemas de cerradura. Es muy antigua y no está en buen estado. Tuvimos que cerrar la ventana con un precinto que teníamos. Cuando regresamos de la calle no pudimos abrir la puerta. Volvimos al otro día. No pudimos utilizar la habitación. Pedimos reembolso y no nos devolvieron ni un día. Muy mala experiencia. El trato del personal es bueno y está limpio.

A pousda não condiz com as fotos e informações contidas no site. A pousada não é tão boa. A cama de casal do quarto eram 2 camas de solteiro emendadas, o chão do quarto estava sujo, o chuveiro não tinha água quente, somente depois consertaram quando pedi, café da manhã fraco. O site informava pagamento parcelado em até 10x no local, porém não faziam parcelamento. Portas com dificuldade de trancar, enfim.... não recomendo.

Das Zimmer war nicht wie in der Beschreibung angegeben und für das was man bekommt viel zu teuer. Im Zimmer war Schimmel an den Wänden und der Raum war feucht und klamm. Es roch sehr unangenehm und ich musste die laute Klimaanlage auch nachts laufen lassen, damit es einigermaßen ging. Gut war aber die Nähe zum Stadtzentrum, alles war fußläufig erreichbar.

A localização é Excelente, estava tudo limpo e organizado. Porém o quarto que fiquei não era o um dos quartos apresentados nas imagens fornecidas no ato da reserva. O quarto era muito mais simples e aparentemente menor. O banheiro não tinha blindex e era extremamente pequeno. Se sentasse no sanitário, uma pessoa grande não caberia. Por dois momentos a falta luz é quando reclamei era o disjuntor que havia desarmado. A cama é desconfortável. Então a minha sugestão é que se coloque fotos reais, mesmo que seja um quarto simples, as pessoas vão se quiserem e não terão nenhum tipo de surpresa desagradável.

Só vale a pena pela localização

Escolhi a pousada pelo custo benefício de ser no centro, a localização é ótima, ficamos 3 diárias e não usamos o carro pra nada nos 4 dias, fizemos tudo a pé. Porém a pousada é bem precária, banheiro péssimo e aparência de sujo pelo azulejo Velho e rejuntes sujos, o box mal da pra entrar de tão pequeno, colchão ruim e travesseiro muito duro, e a roupa de cama com cheiro ruim. ficamos 3 diárias e nenhum dia teve a limpeza do quarto e nem troca de toalhas. A televisão desliga sozinha , não teve como ver nada. O café da manhã é ok , tem os itens básicos e as meninas fazem ovo mexido na hora, só pedir, porém senti falta de achocolatado e pão de queijo que fazem parte dos itens básicos. Enfim, pra passar um pernoite vale a pena pela localização porém não ficaria novamente.

Satisfatório e preço justo

O hotel fica a alguns metros da rua das pedras Estava tudo limpo, ar condicionado funcionando, chuveiro quente funcionando. Café da manhã satisfatório! O quarto 10 é bem pequeno, mas para quem quer um local de base p tomar banho e dormir , é PERFEITO!! Não tem estacionamento, somente da rua, vagas muito disputadas dependendo do horário q chegar Valor da diária super justa !! Gostei e me hospedaria novamente !
