Foi uma experiência maravilhosa casa extremamente limpa com tudo que você possa precisar dentro de uma casa condomínio com uma ótima infraestrutura fácil acesso para praias e comércios se pudesse dar nota mil daria

Momentos de descanso e alegria
A casa é muito bem localizada, bonita, bem cuidada e muito funcional.
Tinha absolutamente tudo que precisávamos para desfrutar de um período de descanso. Também está perto de tudo para os que curtem um pouco mais de agitação.
Os proprietários são muito cuidadosos conosco. Além dos mimos na chegada, nos dão dicas de como melhor usufruir de Búzios.

Ficamos na casa quinze dias. O que é bastante para testar a qualidade de qualquer hospedagem. E, pela nossa experiência, podemos afirmar que a casa não só é bonita e bem arrumada, mas também que está completamente equipada, inclusive, para uma estadia prolongada. Bem localizada dentro do condomínio, em um cantinho um pouco mais afastado, o que aumenta a sensação de tranquilidade. O condomínio em si, também é muito bonito, amplo e bem mantido; e fica apenas a dois quarteirões do centro da praia de Geribá. A atenção do pessoal, desde a recepção até a limpeza, foi ótima. E os anfitriões, super organizados e cuidadosos de cada detalhe para fazer a estadia mais confortável.

Fenomenal!
Fui com meus filhos para esse paraíso (Búzios) e encontrei outro paraíso: a casa de André e Alessandro! O que posso dizer...? Simplesmente maravilhosa! Além de estar em um condomínio lindo (com piscina, sauna, campinho de futebol, muito verde e porteiros muito atenciosos) e a 100 metros da praia de Geribá, a casa é extremamente confortável, possui tudo (e novo), eletrodomésticos, roupas de cama e banho, cadeiras de praia, wi fi, smart TV com SKY, conforto, silêncio e, acima de tudo, uma energia incrível dentro da casa, que certamente vem dos seus proprietários, que tratam não somente a casa mas seus hóspedes com muito carinho, delicadeza e atenção! Fora os mimos deixados em nosso check in, como biscoitinhos, amendoim, bombons, cervejinha, refrigerante, água e vários amenities de banho!! Realmente fenomenal! Muito obrigado por tudo! Embora eu tenha casa de veraneio no Peró/Cabo Frio, acho que achei meu cantinho na região dos lagos! Até breve! Abraços

Bom dia meus amigos ,, antes de mais nada quero parabenizar ambos pelo lugar maravilhoso que voces fizeram , elegante, bom gosto, lindo mesmo e bem decorado voces pensaram em tudo ,, fora isso os mimos deixados por voces uma coisa mega legal a parte .. eu e minha esposa ficamos admirados , olha que estou acostumado a viajar sempre e realmente o bom gosto de voces foi algo impar !!! A casa estava impecável, super arrumada e cheirosa, parabens de verdade .. com ctz proxima ferias vamos voltar se deus quizer ...

So tenho a agradecer ao Alessandro pela estada maravilhosa que tive em sua casa. Ela e exatamente como mostra as fotos. Dentro de um condominio fechado e seguro. Um jardim lindo por todo o condominio com piscina e sauna. Alessandro pensou em tudo em sua casa, deixando-a toda equipada com eletrodomésticos, utensílios de cozinha, roupas de cama, toalhas, etc. Me fez sentir em minha própria casa. O condominio esta muito próxima da praia de Geriba, podendo ir a pe. Localização perfeita. Alessandro foi um ótimo anfitrião, me dando dicas desde como chegar ao condominio ate lugares para visitar pela regiao. Sem duvida quando voltar a Buzios, este e o lugar certo que ficarei.
