Already rented for the Reveillon and Carnival. 6 rooms (1 suite), pool, homemade 24-room maid / cook, ceiling fan in every room, equipped kitchen, barbecue, deck on the second floor, living room with TV, DVD, large lawn, park to 3 cars. 1st floor kitchen, 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms (queen) 2nd floor-room, 3 bedrooms (1 double room, 2 of singles, each single room with 2 beds and 2 mattresses), 1 bathroom and a suite. Accommodation for up to 18 people with comfort. At 50 meters from the Geriba Beach. End of Week High season: U$ 600.00 per day. Holidays high season: U$ 750,00 per day. Reveillon: U$ 10.000,00 (Package on Dec. 27 to Jan. 6) also rented for 30 days, 3 months, 6 months or 1 year. (special rates). Ideal for families with children, or couples.

Localização excelente
Realmente uma casa muito boa, espaçosa e arejada. O caseiro extremamente solicito e disponível. Entretanto, fica a desejar na questão da garagem e ausência de ar condicionado. E uma casa para jovens e adultos. Crianças e bebês devem ter muita atenção por causa da sacada, piscina entre outros. Mas no quesito geral, valeu a pena. Recomendo.

Gostamos muito da casa, otima localização, o Espaco de convivência é excelente. O Alexandre (proprietário) muito atencioso e o Wagner (caseiro) muito prestativo. Recomendo com certeza, e já pensando no retorno.

Casa ótima, super arejada e muito bem localizada.
Eu e minha familia adoramos a casa, bastante ampla, contando com área social no andar de cima e no andar de baixo, foi super conveniente para o nosso grupo.
Várias redes, jardim aprazível com piscina, perfeito para familias com crianças de várias idades.
