Imóvel localizado bem perto da praia de Geriba. Não é necessário pegar carro. Diarista Nalva cozinha muito bem e é bem prestativa.

Casa muito equipe e localização excelente
A nossa estadia foi simplesmente ótima! A comunicação desde o início com Alexandre foi muito boa e ele sempre foi muito solícito em tirar todas as dúvidas. A casa é extremamente bem equipada, não houve nada que procuramos que não conseguimos encontrar, tem inclusive cadeiras de praia e guarda-sol. A localização é fantástica, muito próxima da praia de Geribá e do Fishbone. Tem mercados e outras utilidades na região. Gostamos de tudo e recomendamos!

Melhor escolha
Estadia perfeita. As fotos da casa são exatamente como o ambiente real. Encontramos o imóvel muito limpo, conforme foi avisado pelo proprietário Alexandre, que por sinal é muito educado e prestativo. Os funcionários do condomínio são muito educados tbem. Não tivemos nenhum problema na nossa estadia.

Casa com tudo funcionando e ok, exatamente como as fotos.
Casa exatamente como as fotos. 3 suítes e 2 quartos sem banheiro todos com ar e TV . Tudo funcionando perfeitamente, 5min andando até a praia, saída do lado direito do Fish Bone. Condomínio ok, com piscina. A diarista Claudia, é muito prestativa e competente.
Horários de Check in e Check out bem Legal e justo.
A casa não tem Internet, a conexão é provida pelo condomínio e não funciona bem, quem precisa de Internet para trabalho ou qq outra coisa precisa achar algum lugar com sinal fraco.
Passamos uns dias bem agradáveis com minha família, a casa nos atendeu bem.

Ótima casa perto da praia de Geribá
A casa é muito bem montada, ótimos quartos, arejada, condominio familiar e com manutenção impecável. É próxima à praia de Geribá (ao lado do Fishbone - melhor ponto da praia). O anfitrião é muito atencioso e a diarista Claudia cozinha muito bem. Voltarei com certeza!

Agradável temporada em Búzios
Passamos sete dias muito agradáveis na casa do Alexandre. Seus 5 quartos atenderam perfeitamente ao nosso grupo, com casais, adolescentes e crianças. A localização é excepcional, a duas quadras da praia e perto de supermercados, bares e restaurantes. Quase não saímos de casa, por estarmos na época de isolamento(Covid 19), mas a casa nos oferecia todo o conforto que precisávamos. A varanda gourmet é o ponto alto da casa, onde fizemos churrasco e tomamos nossos drinks à noite. A ajudante Cláudia tem um excelente tempero e nos preparou pratos deliciosos! A casa é muito bem decorada e completa em utensílios. Nos sentimos em um hotel particular!

Bom imóvel e bem localizado
O proprietário, Alexandre, é muito gentil e respondeu a todos os meus questionamentos com rapidez.
O Imóvel, apesar de antigo, está conservado e bem equipado. Tudo funciona adequadamente. A localização é muito boa. O condomínio muito tranquilo.
Tivemos 3 contratempos durante nossa hospedagem: a ventoinha da geladeira estava com defeito, aparecimento de baratas e vazamento da caixa de gordura.
O proprietário preocupou-se em buscar rapidamente a solução, através da Claudia, que administra os cuidados com a casa.
O problema da geladeira foi solucionado.
Entretanto, ainda faltam ações de melhorias, tais como dedetização efetiva, para eliminar o problema que ainda persistiu até o final da estadia, apesar de ter sido aplicado veneno na tentativa de exterminar os insetos.
E a caixa de gordura, que no penúltimo dia, voltou a transbordar.
Acredito que são problemas que logo estarão resolvidos.
Apesar das intercorrências acima, gostamos da estadia e das nossas férias.

Casa confortável e aconchegante. Localização ótima. Perto da praia e do comércio de Geribá. Além de toda delícia que é a casa, ainda contamos com a ajuda da Cláudia, nos fins de semana e da Adriana durante a semana. As duas da melhor qualidade, simpáticas, prestativas, boas na limpeza e na cozinha, sempre procurando oferecer o que há de melhor. O proprietário, Alexandre, entregou a casa limpa, arrumada, proporcionando dias maravilhosos. Saí com saudades e vontade de voltar...
