Casa espetacular! Spectacular home!

Passamos uma semana em família nesta casa spectacular! Muito conforto, espaçosa, aconchegante, muito limpa e bem equipada. Piscina muito linda, area de churrasco perfeita! Pode-se notar que a casa é muito bem mantida. 5 minutos de caminhada até a praia, vizinhos super amigável, vizinhança tranquila.O dono da casa foi excepcional, muito atencioso a todos os detalhes, sempre disposto à ajudar e muito fácil de lhe dar com ele. Enfim, a casa e o dono merecem infinitos elogios, recomendo muito! Foi difícil partir! We stayed in this beautiful home for one week with family! The house is spectacular, very well maintained and equipped, everything was super clean. The house is spacious, mattress are comfortable, the pool and BBQ area is amazing and perfect for hanging out or having big parties! The neighbors are very friendly and the neighborhood is safe and calm, 5minute walk to the beach! The owner is an exceptional person, he gave me tips from before I arrived until after, very honest and friendly, super easy to deal with! He checked in often to make sure everything was perfect! I highly recommend!

Lazer impagável!

Inicialmente, gostaria de agradecer e parabenizar o anfitrião, Sr. Drausio, que desde o início da locação se mostrou solícito e atencioso em todas as nossas comunicações. Com relação à estadia, todos adoraram a localização, realmente, a poucos metros da orla da praia e dos quiosques e do comércio em geral, e principalmente da área de lazer do imóvel, razão principal de sequer sentirmos vontade de ir às praias da região (Peró, Praia do Forte, Arraial e Búzios), que já conhecíamos. Aproveitamos bastante a piscina (temperatura ótima, comparativamente à da praia), a churrasqueira, a cervejeira (proporcionando sempre aquela geladinha "canela de pedreiro") e o salão de jogos (com sinuca, totó e videogame). A cozinha também é excelente, embora tenhamos sentido falta de alguns utensílios (como frigideira e amolador de faca) e uma das geladeiras apresentar problema de vedação na parte de refrigeração. As salas são amplas e confortáveis, dispondo uma delas de uma TV de 60". Alguns móveis precisam de manutenção, tanto na parte interna, quanto externa. Os quartos (3 suítes e um dormitório com cama beliche), no geral, comportaram adequadamente minha família (com 9 adultos e 1 criança), mas tivemos azar do ar condicionado do dormitório citado apresentar problema, inviabilizando o uso desse espaço por conta do calor no período da locação. O anfitrião até tentou consertar, mas funcionou apenas uma noite. Enfim, foi uma excelente locação!

Ótima casa!

Ótima área de lazer, piscina, churrasqueira, sala de jogos com som. Casa muito espaçosa, passei um final de semana com 14 pessoas e foi excelente! Cozinha bem equipada e organizada. 1 dos quarto fica na área externa ao lado da sala de jogos (de frente para piscina) outros 2 no 2º piso e um enorme que é todo o 3º piso. Apenas 1 quarto não é suíte mas fica bem ao lado do banheiro social e nos atendeu muito bem. Como sugestão, seria bom se colocasse um blackout no quarto do 3º andar pois só a persiana entra muita claridade ao amanhecer, mas é ótimo para contemplar a paisagem. Anfitrião atencioso e nos deixou muito a vontade.

Fim de semana Maravilhoso, a casa é ainda melhor do que nas fotos do site, muito grande e muito perto da Praia, Padaria e do Shopping Peró, onde tem bares, restaurantes e música ao vivo nos fins de semana, os contatos com o proprietário Sr Drausio foram sempre com resposta muito rápida, muito solícito sempre preocupado se estava tudo bem e sempre disposto a ajudar no que fosse preciso, minha família Amou e voltaremos em breve com certeza, nota 10 para a casa e 10 para o proprietário.
