O motivo da nossa viagem era descansar, sair do estresse extremo ! Compramos e pegamos caríssimo nesse hotel, com um quarto “melhor” e “beira mar”, porém nos deixaram na segunda unidade, a qual tínhamos que andar uns 200 metros pra chegar na praia e uns 100 metros para recepção/ área de lazer/ cafe da manhã, na volta era uma subida horrorosa!!! Então, não é beira mar!!!! Antes de chegar no mar, temos q entrar no clube ou pegar a rua para chegar. Eles disponibilizam carrinhos para o conforte e acessos, porém fica muito chato toda hora depender disso… Hotel muito antigo, principalmente a segunda unidade, paredes descascando fortemente e sujas. Janelas dos banheiros para o corredor que todos tem acesso, sendo possível escutar tudo ali. Nosso banheiro inundava tudo, eles quiserem fazer o reparo, mas, mais uma vez, íamos ter q parar nosso descanso para acompanhar reparo. Quartos antigos e com muita madeira, cheirando forte. Roupas de cama não são aquelas de hotéis “bons”… Nosso quarto era ao lado da lavanderia do hotel. Muito barulhento!!! Antes das 7 a conversação já começava!!! Café da manhã fraco, sem opções. As q tinham, era do dia anterior… O clube é um beach clube bem caro e com várias regras, porém bem bonito e bacana. Não tinha quase ninguém no hotel, então não tinha explicação para termos pegando esse quarto na nossa categoria. Longe e barulhento! Sugiro o hotel para quem gosta de curtição e balada. Hotel não é seguro, 2° unidade todos tem acesso da rua.

Uma avaliação honesta!

Desde o primeiro momento, eu, meu marido e nossos cachorros fomos recebidos calorosamente pelo senhor Fabiano, uma pessoa maravilhosa que nos ajudou em uma situação complicada. Todos os funcionários são simpáticos, especialmente o jardineiro e Fabiano. No entanto, um homem na recepção é pouco prestativo e fica martelando as regras do hotel. O hotel possui um espaço PET FRIENDLY, um restaurante delicioso e áreas comuns ótimas. A localização é excelente, ao lado do restaurante beira-mar Silk, mas exige uma viagem de 15 minutos de carro para chegar a outros restaurantes, o que pode ser complicado à noite. Há alguns pontos negativos pelo valor cobrado: -Café da manhã: Muita variedade, mas qualidade fraca. -Quartos conjugados: Fomos colocados em um quarto com porta compartilhada com outra família, causando barulho de manhã cedo e sem privacidade. -Piscina: Compartilhada com o Silka, permitindo o acesso de qualquer pessoa presente lá, o que não acho seguro. -Festa noturna: Houve uma festa das 23h às 8h sem aviso prévio, causando incômodo. -Pedidos de comida: Proibido pedir via iFood. Não fomos avisados. Vantagens: o quarto tem um bom tamanho, banheiro ótimo. Hotel lindo e limpo. A praia do hotel é muito boa também. Sugestão: perguntaria se vai ter festa no dia. Além disso, o hotel não possui estacionamento, mas me senti segura com o carro na rua. O valor da diária vale somente pelo conforto de estar beira mar. Indico para quem quer ficar somente em nessa praia.

Café gostoso e cama confortável Só uma atenção, saímos e chegamos 22:30, o restante fecha às 22h Queríamos água pois tinha acabado do frigobar E ninguém na recepção conseguia água ÁGUA 😵‍💫 Pois o restaurante já estava fechado. Achei um absurdo eles não conseguirem água pros hóspedes por conta própria. Uma falta de respeito. Ninguém queria de graça, queríamos pagar, e mesmo assim não fizeram nada a respeito. Tipo: morre de sede aí hóspede. Isso foi péssimo

O lugar tem uma vista privilegiada. Porém o banheiro tinha muito cheiro de mofo e lodo nos rejuntes dos azulejos. Para os quartos de fundo ou sem vista, penso que não vale o valor da diária. Vc paga para usufruir dos privilégios do clube. Porém aí vc fica restrito a um único local e não conhece as beleza das outras praias. Pelo valor da diária, o café da manhã deixa muito a desejar.

Hotel mediano e frequentado por Topzeras

Hotel mediano com preço de hotel 5 de estrelas e que a única aparente vantagem era acessar o Silk Beach Club, que fica literalmente dentro do hotel. Entretanto, tamanha era a burocracia de conseguir acesso ao clube que era complicado não sentir preguiça de encarar o desafio. Tantos dados eram necessários para obter a pulseira VIP & CAFONA que definitivamente não valia a pena o trabalho. Uma explicação para o fato da desconfiança do local com seus próprios clientes é a maioria ser hétero topzera que tira foto mostrando os drinks caros de 50 reais e mulheres típicas de Balneário de Camboriú com vestidos longos em plena praia, com sol de 45 graus…. A cafonice do sul brasileiro invadindo o balneário de Búzios! Realmente esse hotel sequer deveria existir no Rio de Janeiro.
