House in closed condominium with security 24h, 750m from Rua das Pedras and 1.2km from Ferradura Beach, very well located.
First floor: with American kitchen, sofa, TV, fan in the living room and bathroom.
Second floor: with a bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and television, the other room with a treliche, sofa bed, air conditioning and a bathroom.
Outside area with barbecue, shower and garage.

Things to do in Buzios
Beaches:
 For those who want to rest, the tips are Azeda, Azedinha and Oven, with crystalline waters. Families make the Ferradura party, with calm sea and infra kiosks. The constant winds at Rasa and Manguinhos attract windsurfers, while surfers hit Geribá.
Rua das Pedras and Orla Bardot:
With the exception of the beaches, all that is best in Búzios is gathered there. Trendy restaurants, designer shops, art galleries, charming bars, ice cream parlors and cozy cafes. During the day, the movement is minimal, but when night falls, the spaces come alive and animated.
Boating:

Excelente opção!!!

Já é o segundo ano que ficamos no duplex da Vera. Muito bem preparado para nós, limpeza impecável, toalhas e roupa de cama limpas e perfumadas. O duplex tinha tudo que precisamos para passar maravilhosos dias nessa cidade encantadora que minha família ama. E o melhor ponto é a localização, porque quem conhece sabe que é difícil estacionar nas ruas, e a casa fica perto de tudo. Dá pra fazer tudo a pé. O carro pode ficar bem segur na garagem. Nem queria vir embora, voltaríamos com toda certeza. Vale muito a pena!!!

Super recomendamos o local!

A estadia foi maravilhosa, a anfitriã é muito atenciosa e cuidadosa com os hóspedes, sempre disponível para ajudar. O local é ótimo, bem completo e muito limpo. O único ponto negativo que tivemos foi a demora dos porteiros para abertura dos portões principais a medida que precisávamos entrar e sair seja de carro ou a pé. Alguns eram bem secos.

A casa é muito bem localizada e equipada com itens basicos necessários. Os aparelhos de ar precisam de manutenção, mas prontamente resolveram quando informamos sobre o problema. Sentimos falta de microondas pelo estilo da viagem. Seria importante que o controle de acesso ao condominio fosse revisto pois tivemos uma surpresa ao saber que informaram a uma pessoa em qual casa estávamos e deixaram acessar sem qualquer aviso.

Viagem em familia

Apartamento bastante simples 3m condomínio calmo com muito verde, equipe simpática, fácil comunicação com o proprietário. Localização muito boa, muito próximo a rodoviária e 5 minutos a pé da rua das pedras. Contudo alguns aborrecimentos que não poder ser ignorados: - colchoes são de baixissima qualidade, daqueles que afunda quando se deita. - não há secador de cabelos e nem ferro de passar. Além de não ser disponibilizado roupa de banho e cama(estes estava avisado no anuncio). No mundo de hoje em que se viaja com muito pouco, espera-se que estes estejam disponíveis em uma casa que acomode uma família. A garagem também é bastante pequena ao ponto de bloquear a passagem de pessoas quando com o carro estacionado. - muitos pernilongos pela casa, ao ponto de ser impossível ficar com janelas abertas.

Local bem perto da rua das pedras, fácil localização, casa pequena , condomínio muito aconchegante. Única coisa que ué a garagem é pequena, carro grande paaaa apertado.
