The location of the property is excellent, 5 minutes walking to Rua das Pedras. The property is of fine workmanship, has 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and a laundry area. We have 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed and mattresses.

Desde a negociação foi tudo ótimo.
Chegamos no dia 2/02/18 e fomos super bem recebidas pela D. Dulce uma senhora muito atenciosa e simpática que nos deixou muito á vontade, a casa é muito aconchegante e de ótimo bom gosto,tudo extremamente limpo e organizado.
É pertinho da Rua das Pedras ,comércio e praias lindíssimas.
Com certeza vou voltar e ficar na mesma casa .

Muito aconchegante
Fiquei 10 dias hospedada juntamente com minha família, onde fomos recebidos pela proprietária Gleise e sua mãe que foram muito atenciosas. A casa é muito aconchegante, tudo limpinho, impecável. Fica muito próxima à rua das Pedras, praias, comércios, rodoviária, etc. Gostamos bastante. Espero poder voltar em breve ;)

Ficamos 10 dias neste imóvel,está tudo conforme as fotos.Tudo limpo, organizado e ambiente bem familiar.
Localização excelente,bem perto de tudo que se precisa(farmácia,padaria,supermercado,restaurantes).
Fica a poucos metros da rua das pedras e menos de 5 minutos a pé até a praia do canto.A proprietária Gleise foi super simpática e atenciosa desde o nosso primeiro contato.Super recomendo esse imóvel e quando voltar a Búzios me hospedarei nele com certeza.

Ótima casa e localização
Fiquei nesta casa com a minha irmã por uma semana em janeiro e adoramos . Fomos muito bem recebidas pela proprietária, Gleise, que foi muito atenciosa conosco. A casa realmente é como anunciada, muito ACONCHEGANTE. Há mercado, lanchonete, padaria ... tudo próximo a residência, além de ser muito próxima da Rua das Pedras, podendo ir caminhando tranquilamente. Ideal para casal ( ou família ), pois além da cama de casal do quarto, há mais um colchão de casal e o sofá na sala. É muito bem equipada e super arejada, os ventiladores são excelentes. Esperamos voltar em breve.

Ficamos muito impressionados com a limpeza, organização e estrutura do imóvel recém-reformado, sem falar na localização excelente para quem gosta do movimento da Rua de Pedras...além de farmácia, mercado, rodoviária, tudo bem pertinho. Maravilhosa!
A casa é super lindinha e aconchegante!! A localização é excelente, extremamente perto da rua das pedras, porém em um lugar super tranquilo. Fui com meu namorado no feriado de 7 de setembro e fomos muito bem recebidos pela proprietária, que nos deixou super a vontade e é uma fofa. Adoramos e com certeza voltaremos!!!

Um ótimo lugar
Um ótimo lugar para ficar, a casa é impecável, ótima localização além de ser ao lado da Rua das Pedras. O proprietário me tratou com muita educação e muita atenção sempre. Os restaurantes são todos próximos a residência. Recomendo a todos que passem o final de semana ou uma temporada nesta residência.

Ótima localização!!!
Está localizada no Centro da cidade, perto de mercados, farmácias, padarias, bancos... à 5 minutos andando para Rua das pedras. Não precisei realmente levar nada como disse a proprietária, ambiente limpo e familiar. Eu e minha família ficamos agora no periodo de férias, gostamos muito pretendemos voltar mais vezes!!!
