Great location 01 block from the beach of Manguinhos. This is the most peaceful beach in Búzios. Calm, warm water is practically a natural pool. Very coveted by people who want tranquility and exclusivity. Famous among sailors, as it has an excellent wind condition and few waves. Several kitesurfing and windsurfing championships take place on site; and also close to Porto da Barra, where you can find great bars and restaurants.

Maravilhoso os dias passados la

Estive em Buzios para passar a virada do ano e adorei o condomínio e a casa. O Luiz sempre foi muito atencioso e compreensivo em responder minhas duvidas e realmente não tive surpresas inesperadas com a casa, tudo maravilhoso e igual esta nas fotos. O condominio possui sinuca, area de festas, sauna e piscina, fazendo toda a diferença para quem quer descansar bem. Alem de ter funcionarios super educados e prestativos. A casa fica perto da praia de Geriba, que na minha opinião foi a melhor praia, fica a uns 5 minutos, facilitando para nao pegar o movimento do centro ate outras praias. Super recomendo a casa e passar uns dias gostosos lá.

Simplesmente excelente! O imóvel possui todos os utensílios de cozinha, móveis, eletrodomésticos, tudo muito bem estruturado e organizado. Proprietário muito atencioso e prestativo, sempre disposto a esclarecer quaisquer dúvidas. Fica exatamente há um pequeno quarteirão da praia de Manguinhos, e esta por sinal estava muito agradável, a temperatura da água foi o que mais nos surpreendeu, a água estava morna, uma delícia. A infra estrutura do condomínio também é muito boa. Foram ótimos dias que passamos nesse local, esperamos retornar em breve.
