The condominium has complete infrastructure with a swimming pool, lake, playground and sports court;

Entering the house you will find:

Garage for 2 cars, but the condominium has rotating parking, so we can accommodate up to 3 vehicles, 2 in the house parking lot and 1 in the condominium parking lot;

Fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils;

There are 4 air-conditioned suites that accommodate up to 12 people depending on the configuration:

1 suite on the upper floor with 1 queen-size bed;

1 suite on the ground floor with 1 double bed + 1 single bed;

1 suite on the ground floor with 3 single beds + 2 extra single mattresses;

*If the guest wishes, we are available to recommend excellent cleaning ladies who can prepare breakfast, lunch and organize the house as needed. We can also recommend barbecue grills if you need these extra services during your stay;
