Ponto forte e os funcionários, extremamente atenciosos e educados! O hotel é maravilhoso, localização muito boa, café da manhã maravilhoso e a vista da piscina é surreal! Não vejo a hora de retornar a pousada!

Excelente localização, da pra ir a praia a pé em pouquíssimos minutos. Orla Bardo em poucos minutos. Atendimento nota 10, muito especial e humanizado. Comida ótima. Café da manhã Excelente. Manobrista. Piscina com vista provilegiada. Muita escada. Porém tem um bondinho interno 24h. Super recomendo.

Decepção no básico. Piscina com vista linda

Minha estadia neste hotel ficou muito abaixo do esperado. O check-in foi desorganizado: chegamos às 14:15h e o atendente precisou ligar para verificar se o quarto estava pronto, algo inaceitável para o horário estabelecido. No quarto, os problemas continuaram. O lençol estava sujo de areia, as toalhas apresentavam manchas e o colchão era extremamente velho e manchado, gerando grande desconforto. O barulho constante do elevador, logo ao lado do quarto, incomodou durante a noite e no início da manhã. Outro ponto negativo foi o Wi-Fi: o sinal no quarto era péssimo e praticamente inutilizável. Em contrapartida, alguns aspectos positivos ajudaram a minimizar a experiência ruim. A pressão do chuveiro era excelente, e a piscina, com um visual deslumbrante da praia, é o ponto alto do hotel, embora não seja aquecida. A academia é muito boa também e atende super bem. O que realmente salvou a estadia foi o atendimento exemplar da equipe do bar e restaurante, sempre prestativos e simpáticos, compensando parcialmente os problemas estruturais e de gestão. Com melhorias na limpeza (que deve ser sempre solicitada, caso contrário não fazem), manutenção dos quartos e organização do check-in, o hotel tem grande potencial devido à localização e à vista privilegiada. Até lá, pelo que cobrado (talvez por ser alta temporada), não recomendo a estadia.
