The house is entirely renovated, located in the Manguinhos beach. New, modern, beautiful and cozy, it is located in a gated community, called Hook Creek with pool, barbecue and sauna. Spacious and comfortable, it is the perfect place to spend time and relax, whether in the hot tub on the beach or pool. It is right next to the Porto da Barra, gastronomic area of cowries, with amazing restaurants. The area is perfect for couples, families (with children) and large groups.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Limited housekeeping is available.
