Há diversos pontos que precisam ser revistos no imóvel. Em um primeiro momento, ao conversar com o anfitrião, tudo aparentava funcionar perfeitamente; no entanto, a realidade encontrada foi bastante diferente. Seguem os problemas identificados:1. Quarto térreo:– O ar-condicionado não para de pingar;– A chave do chuveiro cai durante qualquer banho, mesmo sem haver sobrecarga de energia.2. Sala:– A qualidade da TV é ruim;– Os canais deixaram de funcionar.3. Cozinha:– O fogão não funciona em todas as bocas;– As panelas disponibilizadas são muito antigas e encontram-se em péssimo estado de conservação.4. Quarto menor – andar superior:– O chuveiro jorra água em todas as direções, praticamente menos sobre quem está tomando banho;– O ar-condicionado trepida a janela, gerando um barulho extremamente incômodo.5. Cadeiras de praia e guarda-sol:– Estão em estado deplorável, sem condições mínimas de uso, aparentando que já deveriam ter sido descartados há bastante tempo.Apesar dos problemas relatados, seguem alguns pontos positivos do imóvel:1.Boa localização;2.Ambiente silencioso na maior parte do tempo (ressalva apenas para situações pontuais, como barulho excessivo de vizinhos durante a noite);3.Boa divisão dos espaços entre sala, cozinha e quartos.

Essa é a segunda vez que alugo essa casa e recomendo, o senhor Luiz é um ótimo anfitrião e me atendeu perfeitamente, o mesmo ocorreu com os funcionários do condomínio, sempre muito atenciosos, a única falta que senti foi da sauna que não estava funcionando, mas tirando isso, não tenho o que reclamar. Excelente opção para famílias que desejam passear em Búzios

Luiz Fernando é super atencioso e responde as mensagens com rapidez. A casa é como no anúncio, tem todos utensílios necessários e tem como diferencial os quartos serem suítes e ainda contar com mais um banheiro na casa. No condomínio há uma piscina maravilhosa que as crianças adoraram. Muito perto da praia de geribá. Fomos e voltamos da praia a pé todos os dias. Voltaremos novamente, com certeza!

Muito bom, perto da praia.

Tive uma experiência muito boa no aluguel da casa. O custo-benefício é excelente para o imóvel, a casa fica bem perto da praia, da para ir caminhando, é confortável, condiz com as fotos do anúncio, é bem equipada e a internet funcionou perfeitamente, sem nenhum problema. Os eletrodomésticos funcionaram sem problemas, porém o microondas e o fogão poderiam ser modernizados. Os quartos têm um bom espaço, os banheiros são pequenos e os colchões poderiam ser renovados mas isso não foi problema em minha estadia. O condomínio é muito bom, bem familiar e com ótima estrutura e limpeza. Destaco o atendimento muito cordial e excelente do Luis Fernando que sempre esteve disponível nos contatos.
