It was ok

Didn’t realize our room was going to be on the 4th level (so many stairs). They should have had a questionnaire form about ability to climb that amount of stairs. It was so far out from the main attractions. Definitely a more relaxation spot!

I recently stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in the poolside doubles. The location is perfect it truly can’t get any better. You walk right onto the beach, which was beautiful. Our room was clean and spacious enough for two adults and one child. Our beds were made every day, and the cleaning staff ladies were super sweet and helpful. That said, there are several things that could be improved, and they’re deal-breakers for me, probably why I will not stay here again. The coffee machine was terrible, and the coffee itself was awful. The water from the sink and shower had a sewage smell, so we had to buy gallon water to brush our teeth. The toilet handle was broken; after flushing, you had to manually lift the handle back up, or the water wont flow back down. Lastly, the pillows were so thin and uncomfortable that it was hard to get a good night’s rest. Overall, the room was okay but could be much better especially for the high price!

We were in 312. Condo was spacious for my family of 4. The kids loved the bunk beds. All of the beds were comfortable. The decks were nice with chairs. Back deck had a great view of the ocean. Unfortunately, the tide was high the entire time so there wasn’t a beach. There was a smell to the condo, we purchased a candle to help. The bathroom could use some TLC. Would be nice if there were essentials such as Salt, Pepper, coffee, etc. The pool & hot tub were nice & maintained.

The property is good, very close to the beach. The beach is really nice and quiet. We enjoyed convenience of the outdoor shower. What was very disappointing was the beds. Extremely uncomfortable, even my two kids could not sleep well. I hear they are renovating rooms, so maybe ours is still in the list. We drove a long trip and really wanted to sleep.

We were super excited about this stay .. the apartment itself was clean and beds comfy however there was limited towels/clean sheets etc we had to virtually beg for a bed change.. the towels are tiny we could hardly get dry the tv didn’t work neither did the internet no personal service at all we never saw a soul .. not a warm welcome

Checking in was VERY easy, as was checking out. Room service on 2 mornings, at 8:30 and 9 respectively, knocked and attempted entry without a chance to respond..which wasn't ideal. Also, we received a notice at 9:30 that "planned" bug extermination property wide would be occurring that day. If it was planned l, why wouldnt we have had a chance to prepare. This creates anxiety for many travelers. Having a compromised immune system, I am not supposed to be around these types of chemicals. Do I get the need for extermination? Yes. Just an observation and opportunity to maybe plan better.
