This comes with a GOLF PACKAGE for up to 4 people for each night rented. 18 holes and a cart at Pendleton Hills Golf Course (located less than a mile away). Newly remodeled, features 3 bedroom 2.5 baths. Access to the Licking River with a picnic table and outdoor grill. Fire pit is available outback. 2 bedrooms upstairs offer queen size beds, the bedroom downstairs offers 2 bunk beds, both have a queen size mattress on the bottom. Includes a family room, with a skeeball machine and fuse ball. This side of the duplex sleeps 12 people.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features 2.5 bathrooms and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.

Clean and Quiet

We brought our church youth group to KY to visit The Ark Encounter and wanted to stay somewhere clean, safe, and close by. We were not disappointed!! The house was spotless and the grounds welcoming. Will definitely recommend to future groups planning a trip.
