On checking into our room , i rang reception to request a room change as our room , was dirty, chairs outside filthy, ,
and the most critical was the wall on the balcony was covered in active mould, which i felt was a safety issue for my family,
i was advised by reception, there were no spare rooms ,
so i didnt want to make a scene ,
We were short changed a robe , which house cleaning quickly sorted , , day 2, no tissues, as box was finished day before because there was only a few left .
Overall , the experience was pretty poor
