As a family that normally camps, having some time in this beautiful house, with its large rooms and space to spread out was a great treat. Short walking distance to the beach was ah-mazing and it had everything we needed. We immediately felt right at home, it was perfectly located, not too close to town but just a few minutes for groceries and central to any touristy things. Decor was lovely, the kids loved having their space and having a go on the kayaks at the beach. Wish we could have stayed longer! And it was so well priced for a family of 6, thank you we hope to return!

By the Beach

The house is so near to the beach and in a very well maintained neighbourhood. Safe and sound. We enjoy the spacious open kitchen and living with an annex balcony for outdoor seating to gaze at the stars at night. Furnitures and rooms are all renovated as new. Good kids lounge for separate movie time. All well for family retreat.

Great little location.

The property was great! Very clean, we stayed here for two nights. Its child friendly and the location was perfect as nothing was too far. The only issue we came across was ants in the kitchen. These were seen when we first came. We tried using the ant spray provided but they would still come back.

It’s truly a gem in Abbey

This bungalow ‘s location is quite ideal for exploring Margaret River(30 min) and Busselton (15 min). The nearest coles (supermarket) is about 5 min away . The house has 4 bedrooms (3 queens and 1room with two single beds) . The master bedroom has a walk in Wardrobe and a bathroom with a jacuzzi. The other 3 bedrooms share a toilet and bathroom with a bathtub.Good Water pressure. Beddings are good though the bed is a tad soft . The open concept kitchen is huge with a huge oven , huge refrigerator , huge toaster and plenty of cutlery , plates etc . Equipment ( cake mixer, blender) adequate for cooking . A range of spices with salt and pepper and a canola oil spray are also provided . It is indeed a joy to cook here). There is a huge living room with sofa enough for 5 pax and a huge flat screen tv with Netflix. Thereis also another living area with another tv and books and toys for kids. This is a house with enough room for everyone to have their own private space . Wifi is good . Dining area has a round table able to seat 8-10 pax . There is also a dining area outside with long table for 8 and a barbecue Weber . The laundry room has a good washing machine with 2 packets of laundry powder provided. Dryer is in the garage though it is positioned a little high . Check in though was a little troublesome because the key code was only provided 10 min prior to checkin time at two o’clock . We were worried about contactivity. Otherwise an excellent stay.

This property was perfect for our 4 day down south getaway. Excellent location, extremely clean and lots of space for our group of 4 adults and 4 children. It was handy to have all linen included. We will absolutely stay here again!

Happiness in Abbey

We 4 were very happy with the house. Great layout, plenty of room, and extremely well fitted out. Kitchen had everything we needed plus some. Excellent location... nice walk to the beach, walk through park to Cafe, quiet & friendly neighbourhood & easy access to the south West wine region. Management team were great to deal with. Thank you for a lovely 4 days.

A real gem!

One of the better holiday homes I have stayed in..spacious, clean, heaps of extras that were really appreciated (beach trolley, sun shade etc). Great location, short walk to the beach. Really quiet neighbourhood, great park and basketball hoop nearby. Hope to stay again next year.

You need for nothing at this Stayz.The best family friendly home with everything you will need .

Very clean, family friendly, 5min walk to a beautiful beach, everything you need and close to the Vase shopping area so coles is not far, I can't say how much we enjoyed this home, loved being there, great neighbourhood and very quiet and the little ones couldn't escape out of the yard. 100% would stay there again.

We loved this house! Everything was excellent from location (5minute walk to beach and 1 minute to park) to amenities, spaces and fit out. They have thought of all the little extras which help make a stay comfortable. It was greatly appreciated and we will be back as soon as we can!

Great Family Home

Easy process to rent this property online, great communication through Stayz. The house was basically a home away from home, with plenty of space for everyone. Fulfilled all of our needs and more. Lots of extras like boardgames, Wii, kayaks and streaming networks. Plenty of parking for several cars.
