施設は新しくきれいで大浴場もあり、周辺に飲食店やコンビニもあり便利です。フロントのスタッフは一人ですが、日本語での対応可能です。部屋は写真で見るほど広くはありません。また、部屋の壁が薄く、私達が宿泊した部屋の隣がスタッフの控え室で、早朝から物音や水の流れる音がうるさく不快だった。

因為是新的飯店，全部東西都是新的，一進到飯店，全部都還是新的裝潢味道，知道房間必須要先將冷氣打開，插著一張房卡，讓房間的甲醛味道散去。 大廳雖小但，有兩位服務人員，都很親切，退房後可以寄放行李，工作人員貴給予行李吊牌。 出飯店走1分鐘就會到達emart24，再走2分鐘對面就有百貨，旁邊就是熱鬧的biff廣場。 沒有使用桑拿及早餐，就不予評論。 房間有2張大床，上次1張單人床，非常舒服，有沙發、小客廳。 附近食物非常多，不一定要加早餐。 移動都搭uber，但飯店距離地鐵近 親子住宿最在乎空間及整潔。 唯一缺點，往上層樓梯收邊沒有到很好，2歲小孩上下樓梯有刮到破皮。

지어진지 얼마 안되어서 그런지 시설 깨끗한게 제일 만족스러웠습니다. 객실도 좁지 않고 창문으로 보는 부산타워뷰도 좋았네요. 그리고 지하에 대욕장이 있는게 인상적이었는데 하루종일 돌아다니다가 따뜻한 물에 몸을 담그니 피로도 풀리고 너무 개운하더라구요. 여행다니며 많이 걸었으면 저녁에 이용해보는 것 추천합니다. 조식은 프렌치토스트랑 아메리칸스타일 두종류로 주문했는데 단짠단짠해서 아침에 커피 한잔하며 먹기 좋았어요. 이번 여행에 숙소선택을 잘한것 같아 다음에 여행오면 또 여기로 예약해야겠습니다.

가족 4명이 함께 투숙했는데 전체적으로 만족스러웠어요. 처음에는 2인 객실로 예약했는데, 추가 요금을 내고 객실을 업그레이드해서 이용했습니다. 4인 가족이 지내기에 객실도 넉넉하고 편해서 업그레이드하길 잘했다는 생각이 들었어요. 새로 오픈한 호텔이라 그런지 객실부터 전체적인 시설까지 정말 깔끔하고 쾌적했습니다. 특히 지하에 있는 사우나가 투숙객에게 무료로 제공되고, 이용 횟수 제한도 없어서 정말 좋았어요. 숙박하면서 사우나까지 편하게 이용할 수 있어서 만족도가 높았습니다. 둘러보니 4인부터 6인까지 가족 단위로 이용하기 좋은 객실도 다양하게 있는 것 같아서 가족 여행으로 오기에도 괜찮겠다는 생각이 들었어요. 무엇보다 직원분들이 정말 친절하셔서 처음부터 끝까지 기분 좋게 머물다 왔습니다. 새로 오픈한 만큼 시설도 깔끔하고 서비스도 좋아서 다음에 가족들과 다시 방문하고 싶은 호텔이에요.
