not as described, very sketchy property

upon arrival we realised the property wasn't what we'd booked. our booking was two bedrooms and two bathrooms and this only had one of each - there were four of us, ready to make food and settle in for a quiet night ahead of competing in our sport the next day. the owner wouldn't answer his phone and was unhelpful. whilst the property was clean, it was freezing and not ready for people staying there - the ned was made up but there were no towels in the bathroom and the kitchen was brand new and unused. only the bedroom had been used by the looks of it. Vrbo advised we book elsewhere.
