This hotel is with the same level as the all ibis hotel confirms. It is next to the congress center but it is awy from the old city center. If you do not have a car you need to pay 25-30 Tl to reach to Yeşil or Ulucami. It is also away from the road, so you need to walk to the main road where public travel passes. The comfort, breakfast it presents are good. The rooms are small but clean. The sleep comfort is high. I would recommend it for business travels. It is again with taxi 25 TL from the main bus station. I would recommend you to rent a car ut please be careful about the traffic in Bursa.
Very conveniently situated near Bursa Fairgrounds, nice and green environment , clean and cleverly furbished rooms, excellent breakfast, nice restaurant . Strongly recommended as a hub to visit Turkey's northwest.
nice place to stay for short trip as business hotel, good food, budget hotel with limited facilities and amenities, and it's a copy of any other ibis hotel all over the world, i advice for people in short visit or transit
We would like to give many thanks to Ibis Bursa Hotel. This the second time to stay in this hotel and we are absolutely happy with it and we really enjoy it. The staff are so kind and have high manners. They are so helpful with us. We would like also to send our special thanks to the hotel manager "Elvin Keskin" for helping us in booking a very good room in Novotel Hotel in Istanbul. We also enjoy our stay and we are happy with it. Many thanks and respects to Ms.Elvin again. We appreciate her help so much. Thank you all again. Hope to see you next year! AlSada.
Good: The room was extremely clean, and cosy. I found a place to work like a desk. The bed is excellent. We also had breakfast here, and its very rich, egg is delicious. I love the hotel as a building, design and decoration. Ibis is great. Bad: Location is a little far from city center, you will need a car. No bell-boy, you need to carry your own luggage. They are all not major, because i know where it is before booking, and i could carry my own luggage. But the thing i didnt like is; their technical service lied to me. In the room, it says, they guarantee if you need something, they will do within 15 minutes. I asked for an HDMI cable to connect my laptop to TV, they said "We dont have", and didnt provided within 15 minutes as per their guarantee. And the technical staff told me that "the tv dont have hdmi input" but i already checked the behind of TV, and i was sure there was... They could say "We dont have, and we are not willing to provide, and we are not going to keep our guarantee promise", i understand. But i lost my trust on this hotel when their staff lied to me. I would like to add that the reception is not very welcoming. Also i had to go down twice to activate my rooms card since it didnt open my room. Last thing, even i wrote in the initial reservation the details of invoice, they didnt take it into consideration, and i had to wait 5 more minutes in the checkout to fix the mistake in the invoice.
If you have stayed in an Ibis before it's the same as anywhere in the world. Even smells the same... Not in a bad way I hasten to add but I mean they all must use the same cleaning products. Free Wifi, no frills but good value for money delivered by friendly staff. Location easy to get to by car with ample parking
In August 2015 i stayed for 2 nights with my family that we didnt like the staff made us waited for so long time in the lobby. This week i stayed in this hotel for my biz trip but i liked it very much. Especially hotel breakfast, free parking. Weak WI-FI.
Stayed three days on this hotel, very quite area and fresh environment I think this place can give clear idea about the difference between the more quite and easygoing Bursa compared to the loud crowded Istanbul. The place can be considered far from the center however if you walk up to the main road which is around 5 minutes walking you can catch a number of buses that can go up to Kent Mydani "The City Center" or you can simply get in the private Micro-buses which are cheaper and quicker to get.
Out of the city but very comfortable and nice hotel. clean and comfortable rooms. more than classic Ibis, very polite and kind staff. very good price - satisfaction balance. nice breakfast and dinner.
The hotels is not centrally located, but it's in a peaceful area. It has a new building, so it's in very good condition. The rooms are not spacious enough, but comfortable and very clean. Breakfast costs approximately 7 Euros. I had some problem while checking in, which I've never experienced at a hotel in such category, this was because of they're not customer oriented. They could'nt handle the problem professionally. I requested to see manager, but staff did not let me to see the manager. I did not insist since I had very limited time. As a result, hotel is nice, but not recommended for families since it's not centrally located.
