**Amenities:** Guests enjoy access to the heated saltwater pool, located conveniently across the street. The pool is open from June through August, weather permitting.

The clubhouse is open seasonally from April through October and offers a pool table, game and family room, dining area, shuffleboard court, book library, and outdoor fire pit.

**Home:** This property is a townhome with one attached neighboring home. We provide high-quality mattresses because we value a great night’s sleep, along with cookware, linens, towels, and the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. Depending on the length of your visit and personal usage, you may need to replenish some consumable supplies during your stay.

**Area:** This home is located in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. Access roads are fully paved and serviced during the winter months. As with any mountain property, occasional weather events can affect power or internet service, although interruptions are rare. Downtown Burnsville is approximately 25 minutes away, and Asheville is approximately 90 minutes away.
