The entertainment was brilliant, enjoyed every bit of it. The staff were really friendly. Wasn’t to far of a walk into the main area and was next to the beach. Will definitely be visiting again at some point

Great weekends away

The chalet was really clean and spacious for me and my partner. It was clean and quiet at night and day, yes there are dogs but that adds up to the holiday we thought. The staff and cleaners were friendly and happy and it was so calm and felt it was a good holiday park, we can’t wait to go back there. Tips for activities: If you’re a walker you can do cheddar give and caves which I thought was brilliant and bean down on a sunny day the views are just amazing.

A nice resort with some area of improvement.

The resort was very good but the chalet that I was booked into was disappointing. The bedroom had no space to stand. The most disappointing thing was lack of hot water in chalets. They had a note saying that hot water was limited due to the size of boilers in chalet and it took 20 mins to heat up. This was very uncomfortable especially for showers. The staff in the resort was great. Entertainment was great. Swimming pool and sauna was amazing. Location was great too. Had it not been the room size and the hot water issue this was all stars for.us

Despite booking silver property we were down graded to value due to the park being fully booked - this was not obvious at booking we were contacted after book. The value chalet we stayed in had a major water problem in the bathroom with leaks and moisture and moisture problem throughout the chalet was old run down and not particularly clean.

Had a good stay overall.

We stayed for 2 nights and overall we had a great time. The pool, cafe, shop and bar were all great and our boys loves the entertainment. The service from everyone was fantastic and the food, drinks and prices were great too. We had a bronze chalet and it was okay. There was a enough space for two adults and two kids but the sofa and all three beds were uncomfortable. There was also a leak of some kind in our room so we had a wet carpet. The staff were great and put a dehumidifier in but it didn't do much. Having said that tho, we would definitely come back. The local area is beautiful and we have had a great weekend away.

Needs updating

Accomodation needs updating, downside of allowing pets is that people who don't have pets can really smell them. clubhouse is nice, comfortable and welcoming as are the staff, location is great for the beach.

The general area and the accommodation was very clean; most impressed. Sadly for me I do prefer soft beds and the chalet beds were very hard, which made sleeping extremely unpleasant. Others may like hard beds and would be very pleased. Essentially, it's a personal preference. Would I stay at the site again... no. However I am happy to recommend it to family and friends. It was very easy to find and about 5 min from Burnham Sea Front. I was very happy with the cost as Hotel.com got me a great deal abd would definitely use them again. Overall 8/10

Good well located site

Despite arriving very late due to traffic (23.45), The staff made sure they were there to book us in and get us settled. Chalet was clean and functional with the site well located to get into Burnham and the surrounding area.

Peaceful and relaxing

Nice and quiet, peaceful stay, friendly staff. Added bonus, pool, Jacuzzi and sauna. Local to the beach. Everything in the chalet required, could do with new beds, however it was a wonderful stay for me to relax and unwind.

basic park pleasant enough

we took our 2 young grandkids here for a weekend. The park is small not much to do on site a small playground and the pool which we did not use. Sadly the kiddies evening entertainment did not happen both nights we were there due to a rock and roll event we were not informed of this prior to our arrival or when we checked in. Staff we did speak to were very helpful. the caravan was clean but dated and needed a bit of a refurb it was cheap so not complaining we would pay more for something nicer next time The park was clean and well kept overall and there is plenty to do off site in the local area
