After a fun-filled day of boating, swimming, or fishing from the pier, unwind in the shade of the upper dock deck, grilling dinner, and relaxing by the fire pit. As the evening settles in, gather around the fire pit with friends and family for some lakeside memories before heading to bed.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home, backyard, hot tub, and boat dock. The jet skis and 2 additional lifts are not available for guests to use. The boat lift is also not available for guest usage.



The Neighborhood:

This home is located on the Colorado River on Lake LBJ. There are local restaurants and wineries such as Perisso's nearby as well as several outdoor activities such as Longhorn Cavens, Inks Lake State Park, Spider Mountain and many more places to explore in the Texas Hill Country.



Getting Around:

There is no public transportation available. Guests will need a vehicle to get to and from this property or around to local attractions.



Other Things to Note:

Please Note: There are exterior security cameras located on this property. No cameras face into the house or look into interior spaces.



DOG Friendly with a $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet with a 2 dog limit under 80lbs. We will also require a signed Pet Agreement as well as a copy of the current vaccinations.



Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.



In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.



As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.



The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.



The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.



All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.



Guests must be 25 years old to book this property.
