My family of 4 generations enjoyed a wonderful stay! The living area is spacious, rooms were comfy, and the scenery outside was beautiful (the river was a lovely view, even when most of it was frozen). The two levels of the house was helpful for spreading out, and having bedrooms and a bathroom on the main level of the house helped for easier mobility for our most elderly family member. The kitchen is slightly snug, but stocked with most of what one could need. We hope to return again in the warmer weather!

This is an amazing location! So peaceful, relaxing and private with the creek at your doorstep. The house is comfortable, well appointed (could use a few bedside lamps) and well organized with lots of space for all ages. My teenager loved the pool table. Drinking water was supplied as the tap water is sulphuric but not a big concern. Host was helpful and communicated well and in a timely manner. Had an absolutely wonderful time here and would love to visit again.

The home smelled even after removing garbage. Nothing matched conditions shown in pictures. No instructions, couldn't find sauna. Outside furniture mildewed and unusable. Unsafe because basement bedroom windows would not open, more than one tripping hazard. Back deck not to building code.
